It's been a week since the last time I was out of body. I knew it was just a matter of time of cultivating energy to project again. The last few weeks I've been devoting time to exercise, jogging on the treadmill about 1.25 miles a day. I've also been assigned a new patient in which I'm a hospice volunteer for the state of Michigan. So energy has been vital which has been used for different physical vehicles.

The last couple of weeks that swept by, I've been meditating, focusing on my slogan that I came up with "Love, Focus, Faith and Intent will Project You There". I've seen a BIG difference in connecting to the higher planes and making contact with angels and guides. As I ponder with question "why am I making contact after all these years but not earlier in my projections?". I was missing the "slogan" and blinded to the truth "Love Wins".   

Many accomplished projectionists I've read up on in the past I always admired their experiences and wanted to witness firsthand these beautiful levels. But I was nervous and worried if I would lose my physical existence. It's never easy to explore the unknown but I know now that no matter where I'm, guides, angels will be there protecting me and offering their gracious guidance at the blink of an eye.

This morning was a BIG breakthrough transcending into the higher planes, communicating with guides and angels. Remaining out of body for long durations of time and ending the experience upon my request w/o  being pulled back to the physical body.

When I became conscious breaking out of the dream, I was geographically located at the old neighborhood where my mom and dads house resides. Normally, my projections occur from catching myself falling into the trance state but in this experience I was able to break out of the dream.

From memory, I remember seeing family, friends in the neighborhood going about their business and daily lives. There also was my Scottish Terrier dog "Leroy Brown"
trotting around on the front grass. Picking Leroy up through telekinesis and placing him in my arms I jumped into the air taking flight into the night gliding towards the stars. I sensed that I was trailing off into a great distance of non-physical and remembered commenting to myself "I am okay with this, lets go for it".

Breaking into a zone of colorful, animated half diamond shapes split down the middle. These diamonds shapes were vivid colors of pink, orange, red, yellow and reminded me of the gum chicklettes. Each diamond shape was layered and stacked which filled my field of vision.

After that encounter with the diamond shape zone I emerged into a familiar surrounding where I decided to descend from flight and land. I was looking at a glass greenhouse where you could see inside. The greenhouse encased big plants, green leafs that grew in a tropical environment. It was a botanical garden and along with a group of people encouraging me to enter. I let my Scottish Terrier dog Leroy down and out of my hands to roam the gardens.

Entering this glass greenhouse walking with this group and having a conversation with this lady. Explaining to her that I would like to exit the gardens and try to make contact with angels and reach to the higher planes. The lady was around late 50's, short about 5'1", grey hair, short, overweight, and white caucasian. She turned to me and said "Why don't you ask for them here, travel upward and you will find them". I took her sound advice and began to fly upward through levels which reminded me of floor levels. I saw flares of white light, energy, sparkles of grey materialize moving closer surrounding me. Two angels male and female with wings appeared and they took me to another level outside in a court yard. We sat down at this long brown stone table outside were marble granite pillars surrounded the court yard.

Looking across this table at the two angels asking questions "why are we here and who made this environment". The communication was quick and I still have a hard time remembering exactly all that was exchanged. I could recall stating something along the lines or hearing "that this place is made of our energy, you, me and everyone's thoughts mixed in building this". 

I stopped during our conversation to look around and absorb the surroundings so that I could fully digest before my return to the physical body.  Beyond the courtyard there were pine-trees over-lapping each other leading up to a mountainside among the clouds. Also there were streams of water running down the mountain into the forest of pine tree's. Looking upward at the sky I saw star flares of golden rustic color sprinkling like shooting comets.

Turning my attention back to the two angels I started to cry and say "Thank You, this is the most beautiful place". As I kept crying of joy I could feel myself slip away from that consciousness and re-composed myself. The male angel started to lose his physical image and I asked of his return.

When the angel re-materialized I remembered to ask his name which he replied "Peace". The male angel was a man in his mid 30's, strong built, red hair and goatee beard. His physique kind of reminded me of Danny Bonaduce, although taller and the face was slim and long.

I turned to the female angel and she replied to me "Serenity" without me asking. The female angel was a woman in her 30's, reminded me of a flower, soft delicate. Her hair was wavy, color black brunette and was white caucasian.

I observed both angels and could see them glowing with their wings,  kind of a misty whitish glow of sparkles surrounding their bodies that radiated.

As I tried to keep my composer, I broke out in tears of joy once again and this time I knew that I would lose my energy, consciousness of this experience and return. I was able to at least have closure and say good-bye to the two angels saying "Thank You, I will Be Seeing You Around".


This was definite one of my most rewarding experiences I ever been witness to. Having the closer without being pulled back, the chance to communicate and the time being out of body was awesome. Once I awakened, immediately I started narrating the experience into the pocket pc to mp3 audio format. This way I wouldn't miss a single note and to share this experience with you, the reader. 

Remember "Love, Focus, Faith and Intent will Project You There".

Thanks for sharing your awesome experience.  I meditate on mantra that is quite similar to yours when I'm preparing for OBE.  You are smart to record experiences immediately. I tend to forget a lot, even when I try writing it down when I first have the chance. I need to get something to record with.

In your hospice work, have you ever had a chance to talk to folks about near death experiences or anything related to these kind of spiritual experiences?  I have worked with a few dying folks who had some cool astral experiences before they died, and they really didn't know what was happening -- that is, they weren't trying to consciously go OB -- it just kind of happened.  These were folks who weren't suffering from dementia or having drug induced hallucinations.  DH

Not a problem, I hope more like this will come in the future. It wasn't until last summer that I had a first encounter with an angel that took me into the tunnel and light.

I use the pocket pc phone thru vzn XV6700 model to narrate my journals to mp3 format, than later clean it up with soundforge. I highly recommend using some sort of computer, tape recorder to narrate a.s.p right after the experience. Its too easy for the physical brain to fill in, add, mess up details.

I've worked with three patients so far, I'm still new to the hospice circuit since last Oct 2006. It has been a honor and privledge "being there" for the patients and their families. The patients that I've worked had a difficult time with speech / conversation. I know eventually I'll cross that bridge and when I do I'll have to surpress my beliefs unless asked. But I don't think that I'll expose my abilities to project. These sort of matters have to be done delicate, respect for the families too during their grievance. How much I would love to blow open the lid, but to the patients and families its tough as it is through their time of loss, let alone someone telling them about after-life.

I do think its awesome you had that opportunity to work with the patients during their passing. How did you come about this and why were you working with the patients? Are you a nurse, caregiver, M.D. if you don't mind me asking.

I have been a hospital and prison chaplain and do counseling work.  You're right about  being sensitive about sharing with clients and families. I've never initiated any conversation about things like projecting, but in listening, some things have come up -- people describing NDE, lucid dreams, etc.  When I confirmed my own belief that such things were possible, they usually responded with relief -- like "Thank God I'm not crazy!"  DH

Thirty-plus years ago, I had my first OBE -- by accident -- while I was taking a nap.  I knew the experience was real, but attempts to reproduce the projection failed so many times that I quit trying and moved on to other things.  A few years later, I went on to work as a minister in a Christian denomination, and as a college prof, but my interest in the "larger picture" of spirituality never left me.  Some in my denomination thought that anything paranormal was delusional at best and "of the devil" at worst.  I knew that my experience wasn't delusional and seemed to be more "heavenly" than satanic.  

My interest peaked again when I was a hospital chaplain and a couple of folks shared about NDE's they had where they had gone into cardiac arrest and left the physical body for a short time.  They both brought the subject up, but it was like, "Please don't think I'm crazy, but I have to tell someone about this!"  Since that time I have been able to expand my own horizons regarding OBE and occasionally have had opportunities to talk with others about it in clinical settings -- but always after THEY brought up the subject.  Chaplains are supposed to listen as much as run their mouths anyway!  Most of the time people were relieved to be able to talk about their experiences and process them without fear of being judged.

I don't know why obe's are easier for some and other people struggle just to produce one in their life-time. Don't get me wrong, I do work very hard and it's not presented to me on a silver platter. But for the most part in the begining and still to this day I want to learn more, understand, and help others. It's been incredible experience for the last twenty years and at least I'm able to share what I've been blessed with.

I have found out in my studies with diving deep into spirituality, metaphyshics, theosophy, the bible, nde'rs,obe'rs, and having first hand experience that this has absoulute no act of the dark side, satan etc.. Its all how one goes about it - if you follow the dark path to obe's, you will get what you put into it. But if you do this for love, joy, helping others, sharing and it becoming a life altering experience if anyting it brings one closer to the one source "god".

I've been reading the bible the last few months now in mp3 format which is the NIV edition narrated drama by zondervan. Its the complete bible that I'm listening to in my car on my way to and from work. So far as I listen intently about the experiences, visions, communication, trance, etc.. OBE's, meditation, trance communication is roughly what I think is happening in the scriptures. This is definite a legitimate christian tool and and is not the practice of divination. Only how one goes about obe's and projecting - what is there intent and purpose.

Thank You about the site - I've been trying to share everything about my experiences, video, stats, faqs, for people to view. It's a never ending story of experiences and I have a few new things that I'll be adding in the futre - so stay tuned..

I have been successful but not as much as I would like.  I do better in the day hours rather the night (seems like I'm too tired and just go on off to sleep), and lately I just haven't much time during the day to spend on it.  Sometimes during a longer lunch hour.  How about you?  

I also agree with you that you pretty much project into whatever you expect.  If you expect demons hassling you, you'll  get demons hassling you.  If you expect peace and sunshine, you'll get peace and sunshine.  I've never had enounters that seemed dangerous or foreboding.  Maybe I sound, just to spice things up!     DH

I've been tracking my progress for the last two years now which is based on exercise, food, meditation, sleep, time of the day. Most of the experiences are in the earlier hours 8am - 1:00pm. In the last two years I've had over 226 obe's to date since I started tracking in 2005 of June. I can project at night but the stats have proved I'm at best in the morning.

When I go about projecting, I try to focus on positives in my physical and spiritual life. I've had both experiences scarry/dangerous/beautiful in the astral which my preference is walking the 'right' path for me.
