well i took a nap and as few times before i reliase i was sleeping on my couch
and few sec later i start having vebrations so i start thinking like i was falling for sec when i start falling i think i was fabric of my couch
and then it's was like i was falling down trough top of some kinds of building's and then i end i start walking around it's was really dark
and so i decide so i start rubing my hands and blowing air in on them i felt like i was rubing a hand and i see my hands n front of my face
then i think of place were i used to live and try to go there i it felt scenery was warping
and i wake up was at lucid dream
