Your English is good enough! :-D

The vibrations, the metal sound, the gasping for air. These are signs that you are getting closer to a separation, exit symptoms. The more that you experience them, you will not get scared or excited. Just stay calm and let it happen. The gasping for air can be difficult to overcome, again just stay calm and the transition will go easier.

Congratulations!

Hey Snaipers, its sounds like your're making good progress! The more you experience those weird sensations, the less they panic you out.

Anyone ever had any vibrations that were painful? The other night, the vibrations seemed to be centered somewhat in my lower back. It
was quite painful! Had to roll over on to my side to make them ease off.
I've projected consciously with vibrations before and they weren't that intense. Anyway....

For a while after doing many projections the vibrations were diminishing and I started feeling like someone was literally punching the middle of my back.
It would occur almost every time I went to sleep or tried to do an AP.
Now I don't feel anything tho.
Only thing I feel is as if my body was having some kind of seizure but just like if something gave me a HUGE shock.
After that I'm in my projection so I don't really feel it. It's not painful either, it just surprise me that my body does that.
