Hello ive been practicing astral projection on and off

hello ive started to notice this it happends often but no all time meaby 80%
i would get up at 6 am il do some work around the house etc and decide to take a nap
then il lay down listen to brainwave application  astral projection stuff hemi-sync
then i listen for few min  and i go take a nap and think about astral projection
i did this 2 days in the row first day il lay down after listing to hemi-sync and just like i want go to sleep
then i fell a sleep and i start to dream normaly i dont see any dreams or rember them but i start having a dream
and i relise that i was a sleep  and i told my self i taht im dreaming and i want to have out of body expiriance
i would feel vabrations  and i would see strange symbols like text scrloing trught my eyes then i just fal a sleep again
and 2th day i was sleeping tkaing a nap and again i realise that im dreaming i told my self that i want to have out of body expiriance
and i have to strange sinsation taht like energy rushing trough my body kind of like vibration then it's last only for few sec
and i woud loose it
i was semi awake
i knw taht i was laying down
and i keep counting to tree and say on number 3 i would fee vabration and i did for short time im trying ehhe but dint have good obe yet
befire i get feeling of wen i was having vabration like something pulled me in the air i flew hit a wall and wake up but every thing was kind of grey purple coller

 Snaipers, when you become aware that you are Dreaming, you are already deep in a Non physical focus.

Thus, there is no need to have a "out of body experience". You are already there.

So, now you have two choices. You could either explore where you are in the current scenario or you could create a new intent and be there instead. Both choices will lead to an adventure. The more aware you become, the better control over the scenario you will have.

So, the next step in your practice will be grounding/anchoring yourself in the scene. This can be done by initiating more of your senses into the scenario. You can rub your hands and feel the heat and friction. You can demand "Clarity Now". There' all kinds of things you can do to improve your current awareness while in your scenario. Be creative!  :-)
