well all i expirianced that my body was spining and some times my body would rock back and forth like from right to left in postion of arms is it i just got dizzy?
and i could never realx all my body completly and time to time i feel like i almost losoe my concines and i feel like i was about drift to sleep and i try to keep my mind awake
and one time i had dream and i was still dreaming but i could feel my pshysical body but still have dream and soem times in dream i realise that im dreaming and i tell my self i want to have obe most of the time all go black and strong feeling of vibrations come and i feel like im awake but cant realy move my body cant open my eyes etc

When you are feeling your body moving back and forth try to get out of your body. When you feel yourself spin, move away from your body. I have never felt like I was spinning before. Move yourself spiritually away from your body. If you leave it too long to get out, it is likely the ap process will end.

Do not worry about it too much. It sounds likely were doing well. You were just about to ap when you got the sensation.

We do not always get vibrations to ap. Anything can happen.
You have to do meditation daily for getting an AP.

You don't necessarily "have" to, but it helps greatly! :-)
What kind of meditations would you recommend?
Would listening to a guided hemi sync meditation count or would that be for a different experience?

Sit on the floor in a quiet place with cross legged with your straight spine and your hands should be on your lap. Close your eyes. Take in a deep breath and let it out completely. You have to continue this inhalation and exhalation process.

this is all u gotta remember the fatest easy way in my oponion , close ur eye, try and shut down ur body but keep ur mind awake, once u feel ur body is shut down and all ur focus is in your head, for me i can detect and feel my astral body when i am at this level, i then try and lift out through my head and it works for me.
