wow someone i can finnaly help and understand what they need, no offense everybody lol, well astral projection is just being able to travel out of body when sleeping. its really amazing. if you explore more of the forum you will find lots of info on AP, there was a techinique u could use for it but its not active. try going back 12 hours or more. it will be labeled "a new astral proj. method" or something like that. i read it a whil ago. well good luck. i could tell ya the method i use but everyones method is differant from others. and some use the same. but searching is more efficient so go do it![:P]
