distraction methods

Hi all, I've been projecting for some years mostly in my younger days and some in recent years but what methods do you use to distract your mind from vibrational energy fluctuations? Meaning taking my mind some where else until I have achieved separation?

I've tried focusing on my breathing, me standing else where in the house I.e. Another location, imagine levitating,  forcing my astral body to roll out but not completely successful. The vibrations always seem to distract me, any ideas? ?
Perception is everything, because you think you see it, does it mean its true?

Sadly, there's no magic trick to it.
Just ignore it.  Allow yourself to ignore it.  Bring yourself back to your focus.  :)

Mmmmm, focus on anything thats not physical body related. Anything that ties you to the physical world is included in this. The only distraction left will be non physical and these are the thoughts you should be entertaining in a passive way at first.
This will build into something once mastered.
Passive is a key....
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Thanks for the reply and I guess it's just something I'll have to get used to re focusing on the mental rather than physical. 

On the vibrations I've read that the more times you go through the sensation the less u feel it I.e. because u get more used to the energy rushes and are able to ride the storm so to speak?

There's many posts on vibrations, do a search to see.
You are correct in the assumption that they get easier and less intense. This is more to do with becoming familiar with the exit and taking less time etc. Robert Bruce says this and still gets the vibes.
I unfortunately don't get them so can't make any real comments.

I iuse music just wat ever i normly use just donte focus on the words. As your  not focusing away from your body

Thanks astralee music is something I've never thought of and would take my mind set away from the physical. Even when I'm relaxing listening to music it takes me away, so it makes sense.
