Hello, I want to get clarification concerning some weird sleep paralysis I have had, it doesn't happen often but I got one today and decided to make a post about it. Ok, I was lying face down and then it started, I can't move even if I really try but the thing that makes it weird is that I feel as if some presence or things falling inside of me, like into my back, it feels like a lot of them falling in one after the other. I couldn't move when it was happening and after it stopped I then moved. I don't know what it is but it unlike the normal sleep paralysis I always have..
Anybody know what it is?
Or has anyone had a similar experience?
You know I have heard of this before, my step mom has these experiences, she describes it as she can see a dark entity rubbing its face in her chest like snuggling with her, she says she gets desperate and cannot wake up or move even yelling at her partner in bed to help her out with no success, she also describes that she can break free slightly but then the entity goes back to do the same thing, I'm not sure if these are related but if anyone has any input it would be great, I would like to help her out as well.

Do you get a comforting feeling or one of panic. I have heard cases of energy and the astral body doing things like this but never in quite the way you have said can you tell us more?

You are always in complete control as I've been told, you should be able to will the being away. Maybe whisper a prayer, is that a demon turn-off? lol
