Help With Phasing

I've recently started phasing to achieve an AP. The first time I tried I did it at night, and was just doing it as practice, I just achieved an intense state of relaxation and some visuals and then went to sleep.

I tried again the other night, I was extremely tired when I attempted, I had no intention of having an AP but just practicing phasing, well within the first 20 minutes I had experienced "the void" and reached RTZ, I heard a lot of voices and got a little frightened so I ruined my chances of projecting. This is the closest I have ever come to achieving AP.

So I tried again this morning, I got up early, did a few things (i hear this is the best time to try) and then laid back down. I achieved SP and experience a lot of vibrations but I really paid no mind to them, I was just focused on the black behind my eyes, I visualized jumping on a trampoline to achieve the shift, I felt the air, smelled the grass, the static of the trampoline, my muscle strain as I jumped, but I never got the shift to work. :/   I attempted for an hour and half. And nothing.

I'm confused as to why I achieve such immediate results before and now suddenly I cannot get back to that stage. Am I doing something wrong? I read a post a while back that was made sticky, where someone from here finally achieved AP and he put a bunch of tips for beginners that he wished he had when he started, it was very helpful, now I cant find that post. Does anyone know what happened to it?

TIPS PLEASE. I'm desperate.

It's your mindset. You are telling yourself that's it's difficult, and that you can't do it. In turn, you won't. Change your mindset, tell yourself you can do it. Keep it positive. The results will follow.

Although, try not to get into the mindset that because something happened once that you'll be able to easily do it again.  Your ability to reproduce a certain experience is going to depend upon a myriad of circumstances.  Just keep practicing... don't force it... and just allow things to happen.  Go into a practice session with the thought that even if you don't do anything, it's still a success because you've taken the time to just relax.  :)

Oh my gosh thank you Ryan, that was the exact post I was looking for. It was very helpful to me. And I will work on changing my mindset. Thanks for your tips.

I like the idea of phasing, Ryan.  It is a simple way of entering the metaphysical realm.  People tend to complicate things with their methods and beat about the bush, but, the truth is, it can really be that simple.  All it takes is a little practice, confidence and perseverance.  It is also most effective post a nap or sleep.  A great way to enter the Phase and a shortcut in terms of skipping the expected home environment.  I love to idea of jumping into seemingly distant/strange environments.
