How many realms are there above the astral? Does anyone know?
Also, have any of you discovered useful techniques to project beyond the astral
In the traditional models I think the mental planes are above the astral. In Franks model, I think it's F3?
It really depends who you ask. If you consider Astral the 4th dimension, I've heard of dimensions up to 15.
I've heard that there are 7 worlds (planes)..
If you think about it, all the levels within the astral planes are related to our Subtle Bodies WITHIN the human aura. Even the Mental plane must also exist as an astral level/layer if we have a mental body within our energy fields.
Beyond the astral planes is an awareness level I call the Soul level Awareness, where the Higher-Self is to be re-merged with. Beyond those layers are what I call the Oversoul, a vast and confusing series of layers that lead towrds higher awareness levels beyond that.
Ultimately you will reach a level of awareness that transcends even this universe and into the multi-verse awareness beyond what we call the awareness of god (this universe's consciousness)

up being enlightenment and "good"
and down being well.. evil?
