Resistance when trying to ascend through ceilings and roofs!

I've had this a few times now. I have to push so hard to get through ceilings - pushing with my legs to give me lift and sometimes there is so much resistance to get through a ceiling, or roof into the outside ether, or void. Sometimes it's almost painful going through the roof. Please note, these are normally fictional roofs in fictional/dream buildings, not the actual house that I live in.

Has anyone else had this?

I think that in a lot of cases this has to do with a deep seeded belief that you're a "physical being"... and physical beings simply can't go through physical objects.
It's one thing to intellectually believe you can go through objects like this while projecting... but sometimes, it's hard for that belief to go past the intellect and make it to your being level.

think of it as illusionary okay what your actually seeing there isnt the room anyway Your seeing a construct a thoughtform made by your mind. It takes on the exact appearance of a place. Because of the nature of the astral you can access places you don't know but it's not as easy In this case your seeing something that really isnt where you are to begin.
