Hello Forum,

So I have read many articles on how to AP. I know that I need to relax my body but the problem always comes back to my feet. Due to have low temperatures (sometimes cold feet) or suffering from RLS especially in my left foot, relaxing can be hard.

It can take me ages to simply stop moving due to the annoying tingles and sometimes painful sensations of not moving my foot. How can I overcome this easily?

Another question which I would love answered, some people explaining astral projection do not make something clear. When attempting to do mind awake body asleep, do they sleep for 3-4 hours first, wake up and then attempt to do so like a WILD method of lucid dreaming? Or is it that they go to sleep and attempt mind awake body asleep ASAP. This was never explained, because I heard that during to do this without sleeping first will not work.

Thanks

I always have to sleep first. I don't have RLS but if I do too much I have trouble settling due to pain in my back and hip. I always do a sleep cycle before trying anything.

practice when your not sleeping.  I know at the Monroe institute which has the best consistency record in teaching phasing, had people working several times a day. I think most do not practice enough. Work on trance/meditation and quiet focus

You do???? I 'll tell you a little story. In remote viewing. We have a phenomonen that occurs called PSI, or perfect site integration. It means that your sitting focused writing away on the perceptions sitting in a chair at a desk., sometimes with someone telling you to look at this that or the other thing. Then all the sudden you are no longer aware of the person sitting there telling you to look at this and that, in fact your no longer aware of the desk or the chair or your body and the site you were so busy writing about based on vague feelings and impressions, is right there in front of you.

Guess what that is........ it's astral projection. So what are the factors then? Focus, intent, maybe being a little relaxed or a little tired might help. The viewer is not sleeping, is certainly not laying down and is not in a deep meditative state and yet there it is.

Focused meditation same thing.

projection is not an event it's a state of focus. Your consciousness extends way past your body. There is no time in spirit so most of your being is outside of the physical. Your just focused on a physical experience so your not aware of anything but a pinpoint focused personality. If you think of everything as being both within you as well as without, it will help.

To be able to ap you have to fix the problem of wrestles leg syndrome.    I get wrestles leg syndrome so I take magnesium tablets so I do not have that problem anymore.

Just be careful with the mineral tablets. Overdose is hard on the heart. It's monitored with blood work. Things like Magnesium, calcium,  and potassium.

Thanks for that.   That is what my husband says.   He reminds to take the amount of tablets what it says on the bottle.   The bottle I am on says take one tablet a day.   I take it before I go to bed.   Other bottles I have used says take three tablets a day if required.   There was one bottle I took it said take three tablets three times a day if required.  A shop keeper in a health shop told me to take six tablets twice a day.    My husband and doctor was not impressed.   The doctor said that is excessive.   I will not be going back to that health shop again.

potassium is the most dangerous. it can stop your heart. The rest can cause serious electrolyte imbalances. If you get the mineral from a food source it's much safer. The food limits how much you can eat of that mineral. Even calcium was found to increase the risk of cardiac events.

I never realised it could be very bad.    I will make sure I take the magnesium tablets sensibly and not over take them so I will not have any problems.   We get magnesium in some food but I need more magnesium.

I was watching a documentary about calcium in relation to your heart and they found that they can scan for the amount of calcium in your heart and determine your chance of getting a heart attack.  It was extremely accurate.

They found that seemingly healthy individuals (ie: long distance runners) who had heart attacks, upon further inspection had a high level of calcium in their hearts and arteries.
