Can someone help me?

I always get to the point where i'm like floating/slipping but I don't know what to do next? Is that a state you call "vibrations"?
It feels very peaceful and I don't feel the body in that state but I'm not "out". lol

So what can I do? I feel that if I go beyond that step it will be easy to me to project/phase consciously.

Thanks  :-D
You are in physical dimension to learn and understand that your thoughts and emotions causes all experience.

You can try to "feel" yourself float upwards. My first and only conscious exit began that way.

EscapeVelocity

Forget about the vibrations...if you get them you will know it...otherwise forget about it.

If the conscious release is not working for you, then just give yourself the suggestion and go to sleep; get a lucid dream.

Otherwise, try a Wake, Back To Bed technique. Sleep for 3 hours, wake for twenty minutes and then try an exit tech.

Best,

Same, I always reach a state with a certain degree of vibrations, OR where I am "slipping" or floating sensations (which is usually comes with my eyes forced physically open... I have tried a few stuff like imaging myself seperating or actually getting up like I physically would... none works... maybe I am not deep enough.

Once I get there I realised that I get tensed and I force things... maybe try to be more relaxed, let yourself go and the effects will be even stronger but be careful at that state you can fall asleep very fast if you lose your awareness

Today i was sleepy and just closed my eyes i started to see random images u know when u don't force your imagination to create it and it does automatcly i followed the pictures deeper and deeper and i felt going up i mean i wasn't feeling the body but in the moment i focused on this lifting i suddenly droped back then again up and then again back :D

From this experience i think that focusing on certain exit sensations will bring you awarness back to physical reality.

it's like when you are playing a game where u are focused and in one moment u change or focus or blink your eyes and you loose something like that, dunno maybe i perceived it wrong just sharing : P

Suggestion is a very good technique... thats how i had my past astral experiences. But I really wish the direct technique ^^

Superman-

Our NP experiences can come to a halt for a number of reasons, all of which I don't pretend to fully understand. In earlier posts you have implied that your experiences may have been interrupted by Physical world issues; if you think that these issues have been sufficiently resolved, then the current issue may lie elsewhere. What some of the more experienced projectors have noticed is that a specific exit technique works very well for a time, but then it stops working and they are forced to try new methods. This can happen a number of times and seems to indicate that we are being guided to continue learning new methods. Maybe this is a possible reason for your difficulty.

I use both the indirect method of suggestion before sleeping and a direct method when I find the right opportunity, such as when I wake spontaneously in the middle of the night or early in the morning. Or I set my alarm for a short sleep of 3-4 hours and then try for an exit using various techniques; the key in this for me is that this is when I can relax sufficiently and get to the proper depth. Some times it works and some times it doesn't; some times it is ridiculously easy and other times seemingly impossible. Some times I simply fall back to sleep, but this is the most effective area to explore, at least for me and for right now.

What you are describing is essentially the Noticing Exercise and this can lead to a Phasing experience where you mentally shift directly into the visual image that has developed. I suggest you try pursuing this a few times at least. If you can allow this sequence of images to naturally progress and just observe the process, you will find that the images slow down, maybe change from snapshots into brief movies, from black and white into color...the challenge is to just remain still and let the process happen without interference. At some point the image will sharpen and stabilize to such a degree that you begin feeling a "pull" towards the image. You should resist this for several seconds and not let your excitement overcome you. Then mentally step into the image and when you make a successful transition you will be in the new environment, you will have Phased. This is a distinctly different experience than the classic etheric/RTZ OBE. It is a purely mental movement and not in any way physical.

I hope that gives each of you some ideas to work with,

Enjoy the feeling of floating.   It happened to me once.   It was a great feeling.   I was not sure what was happening at first.   I thought if meditation is like this I am going to meditate all the time.   I just enjoyed the feeling of floating and then I was floating higher and higher up towards the trees.   I did not expect it to happen.   I was meditating early in the afternoon and I was not expecting to ap.

Last night I stared at the stars for about 30 minutes.  With that ingrained in my mind I later had a dream that caused sensible movements which woke me up in sleep paralysis.  I envisioned the stars and boomeranged out.  For me it's getting the focus elsewhere and I automatically come right out without fail.

The interesting thing was that there have been quite a few times that I have had clusters of obes.  Lastnight was an exception that I seemed to have the cluster but good control of it as well.  Whenever I got out eventually I would get a sensation of having to swallow.  I could feel this while APing.  Then when I gave into the sensation and swallowed I would be back in sleep paralysis 100% aware of what was going on.  I would then picture the stars in my mind again and be instantly shot out.  This happened atleast 8 times that i could remember.  I was completely aware yet I could feel the prior third or fourth experiences fading from my memory as new projections happened.  I believe that this happened for 1.5 to 2 hours and only ended when my wife distracted me to the point I gave up.  Funny thing was that even when I swallowed, my tongue felt as stiff as a dead fish which may have been a result of the sleep paralysis.

If you get to that point again focus on something in your minds eye.  Sometimes I focus on part of my room and that seems to instantly release me as soon as I shift my focus.  Try looking at a fixed point in the stars.  When your tired enough at night and try seeing the image again sometimes it comes to life.  It's tippy but works great for me.  Plus you get all the sensations of being projected out to them sometimes when it happens.

Yeah I'm lucky I have this feeling almost every time I try to project. And in itself is already very very pleasant!
