A Projection Or A Dream?

I had this one strange experience where I think I may have projected but it could also have been a dream. In my dream, or projection, I was just laying in bed when this woman comes along and she pulls me out of my body. I felt a wonderful floating sensation and went into my kitchen. At this time, I don't recall seeing the woman anywhere. Anyway, everything was very dark and I decide to look at myself in the mirror but couldn't see so I just gave up on seeing myself in my cool astral form. I levitate or float into my living room to see my brother asleep and I watched him for a while, he is amusing when he sleeps. I want to leave the house but then I sort of go into a short little dream before coming back to consciousness in what I presume is the Real Time Zone. I go back to my bedroom to look at my body but it wasn't there! It must have just been invisible because I could see the dent in the bed where my invisible body lay.

Thats all I remember of my "projection" that was very vague but it had a dreamlike quality to it. Also on another note, I have paralysis experiences quiet often. In most of them I wake up and feel very floaty. I usually hear a rushing/roaring sound in my ears that intensifies if I try and push myself out. I also for some reason can never get out either. Just today while I was taking a nap this happened. I heard the roaring sound and a drilling sound in my head too.

Anybody else ever experience this or have anything to say about it? Anything would be appreciated:D

Welcome to the Astral Pulse Lezi.  :)

For me, the difference comes down to your conscious awareness.

Did you know at the time you were having the experience that you were dreaming?

And if the answer to that question is yes... then my next question would be:  Did you have the same awareness as you do right now, something that I call "waking awareness"?

Actually, I knew I was projecting while I was projecting but somehow it just seems like it may have been a dream now that I am awake.

Thanks for the welcome! :-D
