I don't mean to do it!!`

Okay, I have been experiencing obe's and traveling to other dimensions where evil and good beings share a common ground. When this happens I don't even mean to do it. I can feel all this energy around me all of a sudden and so I focus on it and then... Im somewhere else. This energy is around me all the time and I can control when it gets strong or weak. How the heck am I doing this?

Its not that I dint want it to happen, I just didn't know how to control it before. But now that I have let it be and let it just come to me... it has given me some awesome experiences.
