I have a demon problem in astral

so after I got out this morning, I was accausted by the same 3 demons I always am. they first amde it appear as though I was naked in the middle of my neighborhood. i didnt care so they started to just try and hit me and push me aroud. finally i got sick of them and started hitting them with om mani padme hum chant and they started to freak out. and demand i stop. so i kept going. they started to foam at the mouth. and then one of them just jumped me and said. " don't you notice I AM EATING OUT OF YOUR SKULL" the astral projection ended there i was back in my body.

so how do i get rid of these 3

First understand what this is. That is a shadowform. It's something you generate from you fear or belief. What happens is when you have something that you believe intensely or something you fear. It generates a type of spirit. It's function is to reinforce your belief... your " yes man" so to speak. This entity cannot harm you. You control it. You can destroy it but you sometimes need a bit of help. If you look up and ask for help thats all you need to do.
Fear and attacking the entity will only reinforce it's existance. Because you generate shadowforms you may not be able to see the help that is always nearby. When you ask for help think of angels think of God however you view a higher being. When they contact you simply focus on them and shadow will diminish. It might not vanish right away if your focus is not perfect. This should give you some relief.

I had to hand hammer a deck together one time. There were no nails that could be used for the pressure treated lumber we were using. So I got really good at hitting nails.    Don't feel bad for having issues with your shadows. My teacher said it is a most difficult challenge.
