Hello guys!
I knew about astral projection for long time, but never tried to practice it.
But now, in this last month, I got more interested on it and started to try a simple tecnique, which consist only in feeling my energy circulation from my feet to the head, then in all body.
I have some background in medidation, and I believed it helped me, because I'm getting this vibrations every single night I do this exercise.
I get very strange symptoms like, sometimes, a fast heartbeating as if I was scared that usually comes after some strange feeling in the chest, this vibrations inside me sometimes being really really strong, grasping for air a few times, and after these strong vibrations, if I stay aware, I get this feeling of very light, almost as if my weight went to 0. My arms, head, everything just becomes very light or sink, its a very nice sensation and the vibrations cease completely.
The problem in all this is that I have all of this things but I never left the body. I heard somewhere that I should just try to stand up, so other day when I had this strong vibrations I just stood up like an idiot with my eyes open and nothing happened :p
I need some advice from you guys for this final part, what should I do in this vibrations? I really want to leave the body.

Try to leave the body when the vibrations first start. Try to get a couple of feet away.
Standing up when you feel the vibrations is the right thing to do. As Projector4life said, do it sooner rather than later. For myself, whenever I've waited too long, the vibrations end and then it's too late. Also, keep your eyes closed. :)
or you may try doing this a different way instead. Your a spirit in a body of course you are able to interact with spirit. ... and you are. It's just not happening the way that certain authors have descibed in a book. Try this instead of worrying about vibrations and flying out, trance and go inward towards the heart area. I'm not going to tell you what sensation to expect. Just keep doing it til something interesting happens. ... no matter how long it takes. Practice every day and maybe several times a day wouldn't hurt.

Interesting. When I try something similar generally i end up moving through a tunnel.
Not wanting to flood kaliyuga with too many contrary suggestions I will add one more to the broth. Sometimes when you experience vibrations it can be as simple as imagining a scene to get you OB and directly into the scene you visualise. This way you avoid any issues that arise with the classic lift out OBE such as stuck body parts or breathing difficulties. I often use this approach because you can use the same visualisation repeatedly so that it becomes an anchor point for you to hone in on for every subsequent time you experience vibrations. And hopefully that repetition will make it that bit easier every time.

The solution I suggest is a long term solution and not an instant technique. I wouldn't define a tunnel as interesting. It gets much better than that.
You can work with more than one technique at a time. What I'm describing should be worked on anyway regardless of what your doing.

My 'interesting' was referring to your method not my tunnel. But I beg to differ. My tunnel has pink flashing neon lights and a small rodent petting area. Doesn't get any better than that.
I do agree with you that heart centric exercises should be a staple of meditative practices. It opens you up in a lot of ways, has great healing potential, significantly help how you view and interact in the physical world and so much more.

What do you mean by go inward towards the heart area? Do you mean put all your focus into that region?

I have the same doubt... I was trying hard last month and was having a lot of progress, but had to stop because of the routine. Last week I started trying again and seems like everything is harder, even though yesterday I remember I almost did it in a near sleep state. Before the vibrations were like an earthquake inside me, comming so easily and strong, now they are very small, and sometimes I feel them strong only when I'm already trying for long then I move my arm for example, but its not like before.
In my first few tries last month, I got even to the part of racing heart, very strong vibrations, sinking and weight-less sensation, but now everything seems harder. Maybe I will put my focus on this heart technique since its a long term solution, so all I need to do its just focus on heart chakra area?
And I just want to add that fear is not a problem for me, this feeling don't even cross my mind when I'm trying.

The fear isn't usually an intellectual thing.
I'm not saying this is you, but... the people who say that fear isn't a problem for them usually have the most to fear.
I'm just saying that sometimes a person can have such a deep seeded fear that it remains completely unknown to the conscious mind.
I understand, but I really won the struggle against fear.
When I was younger this is what was holding me down because I was so afraid to meet with bad spirits specially because I live in a house full of stress, anger, tension and sadness because of other people, and also my parents have some kind of contact with not very developed spirits.
Now I got a bit older and more confident throught meditation/reading/studying so I don't have fear at all and in the last month I didn't feel nothing frightening at projection attempts, but as you said maybe I can have this in subconscious, which I find quite improbable.
Seems like I just lost some hability in the last weeks. The feelings are not so strong anymore and doesn't come so easy anymore. Maybe I will need to come back to a meditation routine to make it easier. I will try to use FARAON tonight with other exercises, maybe the mantra will help.

Where you are is completely normal...you are getting energy and exit sensations but are now stuck. The next part is convincing your inner/higher self that you can and want to do this. It's a little bit of a fear test, a little bit a permission test. Ok, completely normal...
Try some positive affirmations, asking and or giving yourself permission to do this.
Word it positively, repeat it three times every morning and evening.
An alternative is to ask before bedtime for a dream or communication to clarify what your particular difficulty is. Ask and you shall receive...maybe you get something symbolic...

I came back to this routine of trying OBE every night, and I am slowly getting better....
I don't feel so strong vibrations like on the beggining, but sometimes I am just walking in the street or in the computer and I already start to feel these vibrations, I was like this on the beggining when I was doing good.
I will try to ask myself for this every night, and to keep my mind positive and in command of the situation. I want to be like you guys, you are trully wizards 8-)
Keep in mind, too, that many people only feel the vibrations the first few times they project and then never feel them again. They continue to project just as easily without them. It was that way with me. Every once in a while I'll feel them again, but it's a rare thing. I just feel a slight 'lead blanket' feeling, hear noises, and start to lose awareness of my physical body. I'll either do an exit technique when I've lost MOST physical body awareness, or I'll wait until I've lost ALL physical body awareness, and just find myself "there." -no exit needed.
I mention this because people often feel like they're failing if they don't get vibrations. Not so! :) I believe that if you still need them then they'll come to you.
Ohhh I was thinking exactly like this... that I was failing hard because these vibrations got more smooth, because on the beggining it was really like an earthquake.
Good to hear this, I will go to bed more optimist today.
Now I am devoted to try every single day even when turbulent periods appear in my life, so there is no way I am not projecting.

Soarin12 is exactly right; many of us start with rough, undeniable vibrations and they slowly diminish over the years. When I get them now, it is middle of the night, and they feel like a visit from an old friend, smoother and refined so much that often, I just slide back into sleep without taking advantage of their occurrence.
They are a nice confirmation early on that you are ready to apply an exit technique, but not a necessity for transition.
Keep working along the lines you are, study the advice you have been given by some very experienced projectors. You are very close and will get the trick to an exit soon!
