Do you have a decent sized book store near you?  Go look at or buy if you can, Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce.  That will help explain a lot of things.

Something you could try for yourself tonight.....  click the link at the bottom of my post for the geocities web pages of mine...  once there, click on Spiritual, then click on White Light method.

Try it.  It may work immediately, it may take some daily practice...  all in all it works for most people I teach it to.

Right now, all those questions are a burden to you, like carrying a heavy bag that you aren't able to forget for a few seconds.  Your questions will be answered as you establish your own experience through practice.

And as mentioned before, some reading is good...BUT, do not take everything as being Gospel, because most of what is written is from other people's perspectives and they are not always correct either.

Two basic rules apply here...  one is keep it simple, and two is practice, practice and then practice some more.

Lastly, all the answers are already there inside you, so that is where you need to look..  you will know when you have an answer, because it will resonate inside you.
