Barbara Lamb and Et's - her presentation will explain a lot of the beings u see

Barbara Lamb's presentation of Et's has given me a lot of ' oh okay ' when it comes to seeing beings out of body. I encourage everyone to watch her videos. She covers greys, reptilians, insects, acturians, pleadians, glowing beings, and the standard 'alien', among many others I hadn't heard of. There are lots of drawings. She has been working in the field for decades. These beings seem to be rather fond of humans, and not only mean no harm, but have healed many. They are around us all the time. I found it interesting that the reason the standard alien looking being has such a small mouth is because they don't need to eat or speak, therefore it has no use for them.

Never heard of her, but it seems to corroborate what other regression therapists, such as Dolores Cannon and Mary Rodwell, reported.

I have heard regressionists paint both a rosy and a shadowy picture of ET contacts. Some seem to specialize in one or the other, or sometimes have both experiences. To me, there is so hopelessly large a pool of data that it is near impossible to arrive at any final truth from sources like these or channels.

It sort of comes down to accepting the authority of one personage or another when you follow one of these individuals. I enjoy listening to them, to hear the pictures they all paint, but at the end of the day, I can't really take it anywhere.

That's true. Indeed it is more confusing from channels. But also D. Cannon and Rodwell mention negative ETs or at least ETs 'with an agenda' of their own, although they are mentioned rather indirectly and are not supposedly channeled by the regressed person

Mary Rodwell claims that some regressionists do not go deep enough to contact the Higher Self or the Supermind-Collective (or "whatever"), such as Ufologist and regressionist Dr. Jacobs. She says they only go to retrieve the memory of the ego-self which then makes an abduction what it is, just with more details remembered: a traumatic or even 'violent' experience for the person. She (and D. Cannon) however goes deeper into theta/delta state and contacts the Higher Knowledge/Self, so she says. And the results are markably different giving a supposed more 'overall picture'. If it's entirely right we will never know, of course.

For contrast, here's Dr. Jacobs on the same show who even denies abductions and labels it 'confabulations' - but does imv not logically explain how he comes to this view. He also denies anything 'spiritual' about ETs:
