Okay,
So when I'm practicing to AP, if it's quiet I usually get to the stage where I feel my body falling asleep and vibrations. However, sometimes my body, like a part of my hand or foot will twitch almost reflexively, making it take a bit more focus to stay still.
Even though I can get to the vibrations stage, I am having trouble getting out. I've tried imagining lifting my arms up, gravity wells, the chain method. What should I work on to finally get out?
Just keep practicing. You are doing everything fine. Maybe mess around with more variety of methods.
