Good job, keep at it
If you had an OBE without trying imagine what will happen when
you intend to have it http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_big.gif" border=0>.
Dont get scared man, have something around your body which brings
you security ( put protecting mental force into an object, geometric shape
etc. ) or focus on some calming place in your mind in case you start panicking.

Congratulations!

Yes, it's very scary at first. But after a while it becomes less so.

Prepare for these trips - try to have a goal in mind.
While you're there, remember that you are in control and nothing can actually hurt you.

*I know it's long but please read it!*

Hello to all the Astral Pulse forum users,
hope i'll enjoy it here.
well here goes:
It started out as an ordinery night, I forgot all my attempts to get a lucid dream (which was successfull) that I performed months ago.
I didn't knew anything about OBE
anyway, I couldn't fall asleep, I tried for more then an hour to fall asleep, when checked my watch it was 1:30AM, and I was thinking that i'm tired from trying to fall asleep so I just relaxed my entire body.
The next thing I remember was waking up in a nearby room which stayed just like I left it.
The only "problem" was that I was not dreaming, so I believe, I was fully concent at aware of my actions. The enviorment was a bit fuzzy and all I remember thinking was: "wow another lucid dream, yey".
BUT, then i tried to fly for example. I couldn't.
I tried to summon friends of mine and I coudn't.
Then I tried to turn on my monitor to see if it's working, well, the very instant I saw my hand reaching for the screen, it started: I started getting goosbumps and the hair on my body rose. I was frightened, as if I saw a ghost, I don't remember being this frightened my enire life.
It was like being a ghost outside my body.
I felt I couldn't take it anymore, way way too frighting so I tried to open my eyes (in my physical body) and I did it, I woke up.
a few seconds later my clock beeped. 2 AM. Half an hour passed, way before the REM stage in dreaming.
that's what I can remember..so thank you for reading this huge ammount of words..
