Title: Intense Dreaming!
Post by: ObewanaBe on January 12, 2010, 19:59:13
Very lately i have been experiencing dreams.. These are no ordinary dreams. These dreams that i have been having feel EXTREMELY real. I have all of my 5 senses, taste, smell, touch, hear, and see. For instance. My last dream i had last night i was going to and airport in to go to Florida. I was at my grandparents house and everything seem'd so real, as if it was reality. When i got to florida i went to the beach and felt the water and i could actually feel the temperature of it. it was very warm. Even when im in my dreams i say to my self. is this a dream? but this last one felt so real i said to myself no, this is real. I think this is very amazing but its sometimes scary. Another one of these i was surfing and i wiped out and kept on getting tumbled under water and i couldnt breath and it felt so real. I finally woke up because i was so scared. Ive heard of vivid and lucid dreaming before.. Could this be it? Or is this something more powerfull? Please Respond.

Sounds like a lucid dream to me.

If you knew you were dreaming, it was a lucid dream.
If you didn't, it could have been a spontaneous OBE (in which you were asleep for the exit, and woke up in it) or a regular vivid dream.

Sounds like astral conscious

You werent aware when you projected out

But you were aware in the dream. In a sense this was astral projection as you had projected but have no memory of the projection so some people class that as not astral projection

It wasnt lucid dreaming, lucid is when your waking up and your eyes are fluttering and you are still sleeping but your waking at the same time.. i.e things are lucid..

You might want to check if you have sleep apnea if drowning and suffocating are common in your dreams.
