Dark Fairy?

I had an experience last night that was kind of scary. I've encountered many dark entitites in the astral, some I've imagined and they appeared, others mainly demons or other negs that I've recognized. I've always been determined not to let the negs ruin my astral experiences so I try to forget them and stay positive, only inviting positive energy into my experiences. However, last night, I was a bit alarmed about what I saw in my room.
I had a fantastic exit- I literally laid down and closed my eyes and I was opening my "third eye" and bounding upwards in an OBE. I was thrilled to have such an easy exit- but then I spotted them. 2 dark entities at the bottom of my bed. They had red eyes, and were wearing black cloaks- with hoods. They didn't say anything but understood what I was saying to them. It was like they were coaxing me, trying to get me to venture out and risk what they'd do. While I know nothing bad is supposed to happen to us in the astral, I do get worried about something happening to my spirit if I encounter a real demon.
Anyways, they didn't go away. They did not react to my religious comments towards them to scare them off, nor did they seem to care that I was forcefully trying to remove them with my words. I ended up just going back to body and not exiting again.
I've never experienced this kind of entity before and I was curious as to what you all thought it could be. I've been reading a lot about fairies and because of my interest, wondered if it could've been a dark fairy? I didn't see any signs this could've been something like that, but it crossed my mind. Has anyone had any experiences with them? Or any other thoughts on this entity?

Could be evil spirts from the adversarial camp,   I had an encounter  with a nasty spirit that scared the living crap out of me, I attacked it and it went away. These things are quite rare.

We shouldn't let their appearances scare us. Easier said than done of course. But at times we also need to know what it is they are actually assisting us with, as in moving through your fear, etc.

The most effective way to deal with them is simply to find a reason to love them as equal souls to you, even if the reason is that they are making poor choices, that will be enough if it raises the Love within you. Then you will find Unconditional Loving Energy in your heart chakra you can use by pumping it into them. I guarantee they will leave you alone immediately. And you will have started their healing into the light.

One of the biggest misperceptions is that They are Evil and you are not. This causes the perception of Separation and supports the Belief in Duality. Neither of which exist at higher awareness levels.

Thank you for that link and information. I haven't tried that reaction before (hard when you're scared of what's in front of you) but it's something I will definitely work on. Thank you!

Perhaps pay a bit of attention to what's going on in your "outer" life.. are you involved with drugs, porn, the wrong company, etc etc? Because you mention frequently encountering the darker entities.. just be careful what you might be attracting to you.
Perhaps even delaying the APs till you cultivate more purity.. I've read too many scary stories to risk AP without some purity and strong positive influences in my life.

I'm absolutely not involved in any thing like that- I think I probably keep my mind too open- I invite all experiences and that lets the dark entities in. I haven't had a problem again since this post.

i was just about to say that they could be forms of shadow people until i say what Tayesin said. i have never heard of that method either but find it very interesting and useful for further astral travels. i know i didn't really help like i wanted to with this reply. hahaha i just wanted to say that i am starting to agree with Tayesin.

i would examine your religious beliefs that you have held or hold as that might be what is causing you to see things that reflect your beliefs
