went through a wall

So I am able to leave my body about 3/4th of the times that I attempt to. Most of the time they only last less than a minute(pop out then pop right back in, lol) and even with the longer one's I seem to be confined to my apartment and am somewhat physically grounded (can't float or fly or go through walls)
Well just the other day I managed to leave my body and for the first time I was able to walk through a wall. It was pretty neat. It was as if I was melting into the wall and became part of it and just continued out the other side. Its a small step, but it is a step.
I'm also excited because with my new relaxation techniques I have been doing, I at least get to the near exit point almost every single time I attempt AP. I think I'm starting to hone in on the best methods for myself...after 2 years of being interested in AP and practising (with periods of time where I don't practise for a while)...Its about time, haha. So if anyone out there is feeling discouraged cause they have been trying for a while and still havn't been able to AP yet...Don't give up...as everyone says it really is time, pracatise and patients.

Dreamshards

I have been interest in AP for 6 years now. You would think i might be at an accomplished point by now but there have been many year long spans where the thought of APing  or any energy work at all does not even cross my mind. Recently i have decided that enough is enough, it's time to buckle down and just do it- lol.

In my few experiences, i have also come face to face with a closed door. In my OBE is doesn't seem like i cross through it, i simply am at one side of the door, and suddenly past it. I have also had an OBE long ago where in the astral my door was wide open even though in waking life it was almost closed.

Congratulations on your AP accomplishments

Pretty cool! I don't notice anything when going through walls or windows. I've heard that some people notice that windows will bend when they pass through. Not me. I just find myself on the other side like nothing happened. Maybe I'm just in a hurry because I know I might be pulled back to my body any second. I havent mastered staying out in the astral for very long either.  :|

Hi scout,
Try examining your hands intensely, close to your face for a few seconds.
Do it each minute or so.
This should do the trick.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Congrats philj14  :-D

During my first three controlled OOBEs I could not push past my bedroom ceiling.
I knew that I should be able to in my astral body, but my belief system (in my subconscious mind) prevented me.

I actually felt the ceiling stretch like rubber and deforming around my astral body head as I tried to push and push.
It didn't occur to me to teleport myself out to somewhere else.

I had to do some internal work to convince myself that there is no solidity in any reality.

Now after phasing, and more OOBEs, passing through walls and ceilings are natural.
We are spirit, expressing what we will.
We act out perSONAs on our stage of iMAGEination.
We are both the dreamer & the dream.
I think therefore I am.
I am consciousness & potentiality
