Title: keep being 'pulled' back?
Post by: catriona on March 30, 2012, 17:25:46
I use the 'rope technique' which so far seems to be working out quiet well but I keep getting to a point after about three minutes when I feel like I'm almost there and then I get a feeling like I'm being pulled backwards and then I feel myself back in my body. It's like I'm hitting a brick wall, any ideas on how I can over come this?

Try at some point imagining that you are releasing yourself and start flying. You can picture the surroundings as well and really try to feel the speed. You can do diving and free falling, then shoot up getting higher and higher. And really enjoy the feeling. Find a technique that you will truly enjoy, so you will look forward to practicing and won't get bored. Then let yourself fall asleep naturally and let the technique be the transition from trance to sleep. Then after a week or two, you may get awaken by strong vibes during the night, and at that point exit is easy.

Again, problems like this are common.

You just have to try new things.

The next time you are in this situation maybe I would imagine a pool of water below and dive past the body and into the water and then swim to a distant destination.

There's all sorts of things you could try.

Perhaps you're not deep in trance yet. Relax more....?
