My Subconscious

It happened not too long ago. I was laying in bed trying to fall asleep when i got curious. I went to "listen" to my subconscious. And it actually worked. Surprised, it told me at one me " okay here you go, i'll have you project " and than i felt my astral body start floating out while my brain was pulsating.

Easy? Here's a little history from me. I was born with the ability to control and manipulate energy. I remember wondering what was it i was seeing, since i was little. It wasn't till a little over a year ago when i actualy started getting into this. And when i did, the people who aided me in my progress, well i would always ask questions. Idk if it bugged them or not lol. But, i would practice OBE 3 times a day every day. I didn't get my first projection till around 6 months later. Every day i meditate 3 times for AT LEAST an hour each session. Than i meditate at night till i fall asleep. So it's not that it's easy for me, it's just i put the dedication ,and passion into the practice and learning.
