Hi all, just questions i have been pondering about some  experiences would like to hear what anyone thinks.

One I awoke paralyzed, breath/heartbeat is so slow and almost constricting, and I just KNEW (not imagined or think or feel) it that life will cease now if I just stop to breath all together, and in making a choice it seemed 'possibilities' of future just flashes head which releases you .... Is this some sort of astral expereince?... Just a theory but perhaps this is one possibility how some pl just die peacefully in their sleep for no reason at all if there are cases like this - a conscious choice offered...

Also, in obiing or astral ling, has anyone experience/believe one can be encountered/set/given certain 'tests' and once you pass, perhaps a 'higher knowledge' or anything IE clarification etc.. is made known to you?

I get scared whenever I catch myself from falling down the stairs, thinking I might have died. It makes me fear death's imminence all the more.

Are you familiar with sleep paralysis?

As far as the last question, I have no idea. I've never recieved a "Test" per se in any of my OOBE's. In fact, I've been reading about peoples experiences about talking to little creatures, and I can't say thats ever happened to me either. I've listened to what I thought to be another "being" but that was only one time and during a very distressed period of my life and have assumed it to be another part of myself since given the attitude and personality of the "being" involved.

Clarification. I have felt the presense of other beings a number of times. (not sure if they were other people or what) but discussions and what not (implied in some kind of test) no.

I am familiar with sleep paralysis- many times - and did panic in beginning ., but in this instance, it did not feel like a 'normal' one for me anyway it was like  a higher knowing if thats possible.

As for hearing a voice in the background, this ususally when astral travelling in space or the sky and not during stressful times at all.  I felt that something I had to accomplish - a test to get to a higher level of something level/ understanding each time before this voice is present. this happened when i was doing lots of energy work.

What does beings you see in astral form look like? i saw a White/blusih energy- i am assuming, human like figure when i woke in paralysis. I could also see the same energy on one half of myself the side of bed where this thing was standing next to. I told it to go away when i freaked and it faded into background.

So many questions, sorry if they are weird.

       You're questions are not weird. I recall an experience, where in sleep paralysis, my eyes open, and myself, in and out of my paralyzed body. I had several of those little creepy grayish/whitish/bluish things, tugging at me simultaneously. I've had too many experiences with these beings, and for a long time, I was afraid to even go to sleep for fear of them. I eventually understood how to control the situation, fear was the worst thing I could do. You told them to go away, and they did, you already took the first step in confronting them. I wouldn't worry about them, they are harmless, from my perspective. Dae
