Greg, if I added anything more to the post I would have simply been making things up.  I truly don't remember anything else!  But I'll report (on this post) if I meet up with them again.

As for my signatuare:  The Hermetic Law of Correspondences says, "as above, so below."  In other words, what we see happening in the world (and on the Astral) is also a reflection of what is happening in our psyche.

Thanks for the explanation (sig-line).  I look forward to hearing if you encounter these "Astralians" again some time.  I haven't encounted my "visitor" again ... althought it's only been two weeks and I've only been out a handful of times since then.

I have an IDEA to DO that I'll post elsewhere ... for next time any of us encounter ANY "Astralians" (astral beings) ... it will be in a OBE DISCUSSION post call "The Gift".  It just might prove to have some very interesting and good results!

Yesterday at lunchtime (at work), I was listening to the Holo-sync demo and had a quick flash of Astral Vision.  I "think" I saw a "White Lady" (no racial jokes here people ... ok?!) relecting in my computer monitor. http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_approve.gif" border=0>http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_question.gif" border=0>  She was behind and to my left.  The image flashed so quickly, I'm not sure if she was really there or not.

I'm getting much reading done!  So, I decide to put on the Bwgen Focus 10 preset, to acheive Focus 10, go OBE and visit my wife at home.  As I am kinda drifting off in consciousnesshttp://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_sleepy.gif" border=0>, instead of staying mind-awake, I begin seeing mosquitos flying around in my visual field ... hypnogogic imagery.

All of the sudden, I think I see the "White Lady" AGAIN http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_shock.gif" border=0> ... reflecting in my monitor screen.  This time, she was behind and to my right ... weird thing is, she was waving her arms, trying to get my attention. http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_question.gif" border=0> This startled me http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_shock.gif" border=0>, bringing me out of trance ... guess I'll have to wait to discover what she wants!

Hi Tisha,
Is the "Green Lady" the "Mother Nature" lady that James S refers to?  If so, then I'm guessing it would be OK to summon her?

This morning after getting out of bed (wife and I are sleeping in our guest bedroom), I walked into our main bedroom and I *think* I saw a short, fat sheep standing on our bed, in the semi dark morning twilight of the room.  It was only for a split second ... that was a little startling, even if it was a "peaceful looking" sheep (it wasn't a lamb).  Do you know what a sheep represents in the Astral Realms ... or from your Celtic back ground?

Lastly, the other night, I was in a normal NON-lucid Dream ... I was in London, England, walking on a boardwalk/park along the Thames River.  The ground was grey stone and there was a face of Big Ben (I think) either underwater (my interpretation) or reflecting on the water ... I think it was a place known for casting wishes (into the h2o) or you would go to for good luck. Someone gave me a stack of typed papers, that were described as 13 past lives, each corresponding with my wife.  I remember thinking in my dream about reviewing these to discover any recurring patterns and get them resolved for our current issues.  Shortly after this, the dream ended.  I REALLY want to develop some Lucid-inducing abilities ... I could have gotten A LOT of questions answered, were I AWARE in that dream.

P.S.  I didn't know that the river that passes through London was the Thames River ... I had to ask my wife (who's been there) and she confirmed.  It's possible that my Sub-Cons. new about the Thames ... The Green Lady is an ancestral spirit, well known in Celtic folklore.  For most people, she tends to show up at auspicious family occasions (birth/deaths/etc.).  She is responsible for a mysterious screeching wail that that the Irish/Scots/Welsh would sometimes hear (off in the distance) before a family member died.  She is white-haired, elderly, and wearing a green dress.   She shows up in windows and mirrors.

For me, however, she shows up more often.  She talks to me in my dreams, and I "feel" her during the day rather than see her.   I think I'm supposed to take her place or something . . . take on the role of mother-hen for my ancestral line.  Or something like that.  Except I'm too dense to pay attention and do whatever it is that I'm supposed to be doing.

I don't know if the Green Lady is someone you want to invoke.  My guess is that she'd show up.  And THEN what would you do . . .

The last two, three, or four times that I have projected I've only remembered the very last part:  Re-Entry.

Last night, I went WHOOMP back into my body with a woman's voice saying "Bye Bye!!!!"  I think I called her "The Pink Lady" because I didn't know her name.  There had also been a man whose name (if he had one) started with a G.  I think.  He wanted to "borrow" me for a minute and was trying to pull me out of my body.  I had NOT wanted this, so returned to my body very quickly.

Or, that's just how it seemed.  I tried to go back, but I just fell asleep.
