Hi everybody!@
So last night I fell in a lucid dream,in which I tried to AP got vibrations and In a second I got full awareness,in my grandma's home.First thought I got was to search for my dead grandfather. As I did that I began to fall down and down-trough the roof in the house, then through the floor in the basement and I began to go underground!I got afraid that my grandfather is in hell(I don't really believe in this but I got afraid then)so I canceled that idea.I got back up in the house and saw my grandmother-she saw me and asked me how I got there, and I began to expalin her what I am doing but I'm not sure she believed me.I showed her how my hand can go trough the table, and then a glass gar, which melted and got deformed around my fingers!that brings a question-why when I have OBE the glass melts when i touch it and go trough it?Window glass restores it's shape when I get trough it.second later I was in a room with George Bush and another president but I don't remember who he is :D or I don't know him at all  So we had a chat with my pal George W. Bush and I remember only that he is born In Texas and something about another place he loved but I don't remember it After that I spent time trying to fly and other funny stuff but who wouldn't  So what you think?I'm waiting for your comments!

Just remember that, although it may appear so, there is no actual up or down...it's a different realm where thoughts are reality. You could travel downwards there and still end up in a heavenly world. Next time you wish to visit your grandfather, just keep the thought of him in mind no matter what happens. Do not let go of the thought of him until you reach him and avoid stray thought. I use a technique I got from Robert A. Monroe which probably isn't necessary but personally yields results.
The following that I am about to describe to you is something you can use to navigate in such realm in terms of the three-dimensionality that you are so familiar with. It may seem silly but you are basically toddling over to where your grandfather may be for now. Perhaps with practice you'll be able to 'run' there by employing a more direct technique once you've developed the confidence.
Simply switch off your vision (by closing your eyes will do). Gradually spin as you think of your grandad. After a 360 degree turn (and you may turn again to confirm it), if intuition tells you that by travelling in a particular direction, you will find your grandfather, plunge into it like a diver...
You may find yourself travelling at high speed through a dark void. Bare the thought of your grandfather at all times. Avoid straight thought. do not wish to stop this rapid motion through this dark spatiality. You may see a spec of light ahead which gradually grows as you approach it. It may give you the sensation of travelling through a tunnel. Continue, keep thinking of him. Eventually you will stop no matter how long the movement has taken. Have faith in that you are getting to where you want to be. The eventuality of coming to a halt somewhere, in some environment which may appear random at first, is involuntary. You never wished to stop. You just do in the end. If you are not greeted by your grandfather immediately when you get there...look for him. If you can't find him on the occasion then stray thought has probably led you astray.
Give it a go and good luck with that!

Because in the metaphysical realm all sorts of weird stuff can happen. Just like the quantum world of our physical reality. It's a different world there where many of the rules that we are used to here don't always apply. Interesting experience and thanks for sharing. 8-)
Thanks for the tips Summerlander! :-)
Your welcome, Simo!
Good luck with contacting your grandad next time. wherever he is, he is probably better off than the rest of us! :-)
