OK so last night something weird happened, this is how it went.

I remember being in my bed and it looked as though my room was getting larger and larger at this point i though argh i must be out of body so i thought about jiggling my self free and then all of a sudden this little fairy thing appears in front of my face and i thought in my head " wow a fairy" then it got a bow and arrow out  :-o and starting shooting my forehead giving me a tingly sensation, then i remember the room returning to size and me getting out of bed to tell my brother what had happened, then i woke up again in bed as my mum walked in to turn my television off.

Does anyone have an idea of what it could of meant, or has anyone else had an experience like this?

Sounds like either you went oob or like a false awakening kind of thing. Really it's all mingling with the non physical.

Neat experience, hehe!

What it means is up to you. :)

Strange but very interesting experience.

Lately, I've been having what people keep telling me are false awakenings where I'll be dreaming that I wake up, will find myself in SP (dream sleep paralysis? Haha), will try to wiggle my way out, will get up, and will find myself either in my room or in some other realm for a few moments, until waking up in the real world.

Take your pick as to what it could be. Apples and oranges. I've recently been posting a lot about how my dreams are becoming more real and vivid. Been having more false awakenings, and am even going as far as to dream about being in sleep paralysis, or will dream about getting up and doing things in 100% physical feeling scenarios, that aren't real. So, like I said, I totally feel what you're going through and can probably relate to the weirdness you're feeling.  :-P

Hi Bridgy. This is a classic false awakening combined with SP. We don't realize just how quickly we can slip into the SP state.

Just the other night, I rolled over and decided to attempt an OOBE. Literally within seconds I was in SP and a light sleep but I never lost my awareness, or so I think. Anyways, the light came on in the room so I wanted to know how that was possible since I live alone. I leaned up and I was immediately pushed back down with a pillow and someone was smothering me. I was paralyzed except for my arms so I reached for the hands holding the pillow and had to peel each finger back, one by one, to see just who in the hell was tying to smother me.

Can you believe it was E.T. The E.T. I never trusted that little guy.

Needless to say, I never got up after my initial roll over and the light never came on and everybody knows E.T. went home many years ago.

SP can be a real mofo even when you know what it is and actually enjoy it most times.

LOL, if i saw et i would probably be like holy excrement and then i would say something sarcastic to it like Does e.t want to phone home? because when i think of a situation while awake it normal freaks me out but when its happening it doesnt bother me that much, ive seen some floating head which looked mayan, ive seen a little girl go up to my window and look out and ive seen a old man with wrinkly skin and  patchy greasy hair stareing at me shakeing its finger, and the creepiest thing was a grey combined with that old man i just said, i remember it pulling me across the floor and at that point i was thinking there nothing i can do, then it went dark then realised that wasnt an alien it must of been something pulling my spirit body trying to scare me because why would an alien drag me across my bedroom floor when it could beam me up.

I understand the process but it still gets you every once in a while. The worst ones are always the funniest ones in hindsight.

I feel for the people who have these experiences but do not believe the science behind them. They put too much trust in a belief system and end up being let down. IMO.
