Hey Frere,

Just curious: Have you tried the NEW system? It will greatly improve your skills.

Thanx for the advise, I'm planning to look that up, but for now I have energy techniques that will suit me until I've finished the reading of astral dynamics, and practical psychic self defense. (this last one makes me completely paranoid, don't buy it unless you can cope with a gloomy view of the world!

I do not advise reading Psychic Self Defense or reading such forums unless you are plagued by something that you just cannot seem to deal with. Fear feeds fear. You will have a much more pleasant experience on the astral, on all planes of your life, if you try to be positive, loving, and happy than worrying about negs and what ifs. I am sure that his book and the forum has it purposes and helps people, but do not go looking for it unless you really need it. I think if you concentrate on just projecting, remaining calm, curious, and passive you will be just fine and have more success.

And likewise, objects in motion stay in motion, objects at rest stay at rest. In other words if you stop practicing you will loose your ability to do such things as project. The good news is you can get these abilities back. I have not projected in about a year or longer because for one I have not had the time. It is frustrating when you want to get back into it, but I see rapid progress back to where I once was every day. My advice is, if you have to stop for any amount of time, try your best to atleast keep up all your practices as much as you can. Even just a few minutes help.

ok yea i had two projections and i was like, laying down and feeling like i was going to jump out of my body.  I tried talking to several people who seemed to think it was natural, but it was still a bit unnerving.  because i didn't know what it was, i'm just finally getting my concentration back during meditation and i'm finally able to go to sleep without feeling like i'm falling off the bed :)

Since I had my 2 seconds OBE every night I get some sensations related to the process of leaving the physical body. I want to tell those who learn: be aware that ther is inertia in the learning process, and you continue to work for days after you actually stoped attempting to project. It is a process were unconscious mind plays a big role, so you might be progressing while you think nothing happens.. take this in account or you might be overwhelmed after success by a lot of uncontroled effects!
