Light in Astral Plane

this morning i think i did project myself. the light in astral plane looked the same as in this universe. i also felt the heat of the Sun. is the light in the astral plane is the same we see here? or is it just a lucid dream?

Light is perceived differently because you don't use your physical eyes when your out of body.

...and you felt heat because you *EXPECT* to feel heat.
This is how our projections can be coloured and biased by our physical experiences.

Hey. Yes I agree with everyone. The light in the astral is perceived differently but you may not see/experience it objectively if you have expectations. So when I shake loose from my body, I'll see a golden amber light outside that's more alive and surreal than what in the physical. Nighttime produces darkness, same as here, but It's also charged/alive/I dont know a better way of phrasing it. However these perceptions may or may not have been altered by my expectations.
