Great post, Mustardseed.  Thanks for sharing.  I always like to read a good OBE encounter.

Thanks Jeff. I was wondering if I should write some of my past ones. ? To me the interesting parts are not so much the actual encounters but how I maintain the balance and keep them going.

I have not had a lot lately more Phasing sounds and images. I think it is becourse of my physical situation. I am getting into high gear with my boat and hope to be ready to start cruising soon. All the physical has a impact.

In the meantime I treasure these past ones.

I know what you mean.  Sometimes, we need to focus on HOW we maintained the experience.  Only then will we discover some of the keys to helping us obtain this altered state of consciousness more easily.

By the way, congrats on becoming the newest Gold Member on the Astral Pulse.

Thanks Jeff, I cheated a bit and took the time while my wife was visiting her mother to do a marathon 20 post evening.

Just longed for those stars I guess. I Wonder about myself sometimes.[;)]

Exit came from a WILD . Direct and as a schock. The emotion of it almost triggered a reverse effect but somehow I managed to "balance" my spirit.

The view is beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous. I am flying at about 10m hight over the ground. The landscape around me is grass fields and grassy hills, quite low and sort of rolling. Along to my right is a bunch of horses running. I change my course slightly by a movement of my hand and establish it as I stream towards the horses. They seem to play with me, maybe they see me. I fly directly above them for a while as they thunder down a small path along a forest on my left and look straight ahead., Some children are passing the path. They see the horses but just chatter and take no notice. The horses turn right and run up a small hill and I continue toward the children. As I reach them the last one disappears into trhe forest. Ahead of me I notice a very large structure . At first I wonder what it is but it dawns on me it is a aquaduct.

I fly under the aquaduct and ahead a rock wall rises on the top of the rocks lies a small city very old and made out of ancient rocks . I realise I am going very fast and need to rise faster, I djust hight. As I fly above the small village I see a town square and people milling around.

Suddenly I am hit with the suns rays as I come above the city I realise it is built on the precipiece. Below me, very very far below the ocean begins. The light shimmers and sparkeles as I fly higher.

Suddenly I notice below me 2 sailships. I decide to go check them out. As I start down I suddenly find myself in the water at the bow of one of the boats. They are very broad and have a strange rig, almost a cross between a modern sailboat and a square rig. a very large anchor chain is in the water and the sails very rough and made of a quite unusual material, are draped over the bow as if they just dropped them for a rest.

I hear clatter and voices from below and slowly rise from the water as if in slowmotion. The deck is messy and the sails take up a lot of space. The noice from below suggesta a lunch setting smells of cooking water boiling. Someone is coming upstairs.

I get worried , selfconsious and elert , suddenly I lose my focus, I fight it but to no avail. I am sucked back through a long sort of tube or funnel. I am on my bed. Still buzzing wondering what the heaven was that. Get my diary and write....this!
