"Blind faith"

That means literally when in "the Void" without clear visuals I stretched out a hand, but sometimes I am also grabbed from the beginning. Those were always helpers (sometimes the same, sometimes s.o. new) helping me to project, to kind of 'move'.

Sometimes I saw them and flew with them over nice landscape sceneries hand in hand or on other occasions talked to them about different things. Sometimes they help you out and you do not see them anymore because it is not required (task was just to help you 'exit'). Sometimes I saw them as blurry shapes, which to me showed that they operate from a higher reality ('frequency' if you will) somehow.

If you want to "access a guide" in order to ask questions, for knowledge or guidance, then, while obe-ing, just ask whatever you want to know. You'll instantly have the answer in your head, and / or you'll see a succession of images that illustrate the answer. Try to keep a state of neutral expectation, and not to affect the information with your interpretation.

Occasionally, you may see a personification of a guide, but that personification is only for your benefit, to accommodate your belief in physical forms.

I concur, just ask or take it on faith by reaching out and knowing a guide is there. Guides come in all manner of form and size but usually in a shape acceptable to each individual. Sometimes guides find you when you aren't looking.

THANKs for the replys. Monroe and Frank Kepple et al seemed to have a reliable singular guide whom they could call on during each experience. I suspect that is rather rare given nobody has mentioned that. Thanks again!

Guides aren't what most people think they are.
They're not individual beings there to help you whenever you think you need it...

A guide is, literally, ANYTHING within consciousness which helps you.  "Helping you" can be in just about any form imaginable.

If someone has a singular "entity" which they recognize as being a guide to them... it's only because that's just their subconsciously chosen method for how they accept that assistance.

Tad rusty in posting..here goes...

A guide comes in many forms..even in non pshyical life..   For me guides ..they come and go...  They don't stick around long. Guides seem to just be their for a short purpose and then they leave after they see that their mission, their help for you "helped" .   Does that make sence?

I have had a guide grab my ankles and drag me off the bed ..it was like being on a sled in the snow..the exit from the body was so smooth.. never knew that I can leave the body from my feet..LOL 

For me guides ..I don't look for them . they just appear.even when I think my obe is going great.. I don't need any help.. Sometimes I think guides just appear to check in on you on your obe..

My one guide that sticks out ..her name was Riika..or Rekka... She was amazing...  wish I can see her again. The thing with guides is that you can't get attached to them.. they are a once in a life time ..moment in you time of projection.

This is funny... I left the body went to the kitchen..  issuing commands to keep the projection fueled and going.. never stand still..  and this person next to me ..not sure if it was a female or male, just a spirite... and they said wait.. some one is comming.. Did not think anything about it.. seconds later i see a old lady with a gown materialize down the hallway and walk up to me ...  she was shorter them me.. I did not want my projection to end so I did summer saults in the air ...  she got mad... I said sorry..just trying to keep my projection going... and she stood next to me  and my body tanked ,sucked energy from her..I actually felt bad using her energy... Then she talked to me with pictures..  No voice.. It was like a very fast slide show of pics...  It was amazing yet very confusing...  Her last pic in my head that she sent me was a black and white map of Oaklahoma. Spent days trying to figure it out..then 6 days later I see on the news that a Tornado hit Oaklahoma.. it all made sence that day.
