After daily (and nightly) attempts at having an OBE/AP, I was seriously thinking about just giving it up, but I decided to try one more time before I made a firm decision, Im happy I did!!
I had recently reread an article on phasing, so I decided to try them I lay on my back at night and decided to try it as I fell into sleep. I was just above sleep level and looking at the back of my eyelids, I followed the swirls around for a while and fell deeper-now barely conscious. I was feeling vibrations but they were mostly on the left side of my body (Im left-handed so I wonder if this had anything to do with it). I didnt try to get up but I just felt myself rising up (I was at almost awake, non dreaming level of consciousness) and all the while hearing two songs-the first was Fefe Dobsons Take Me Away and the second was Dont cry by Guns n Roses. Dont Crys beats were clearer so I decided to focus on them. I was now a few feet above my body and started rotating, hoping to catch a glimpse of my body on the bed, and I could see the edges of my astral/Etheric/RTZ body as I spun round. When I was out, there were no thoughts intruding, but then I snapped back into my body, Id then count faster than by breath to clear my mind and so as not to focus on my breathing, I got in and out again twice and landed in my body again staring at the back of my eyelids. I turned to my right side and looked at the screen in front of my eyes which was a black screen with lots of white dots.
Oh, yeah, when I was out of body I tried raising energy but nothing happened, I wonder why??
