Hi everyone,
While taking a nap this morning, I found myself becoming Lucid in dream while driving a car, going very fast and having a hard time controlling the vehicle at such high speed. It just didn't seem right, and I realized instantly I was dreaming and let go of the wheel while heading for something that would cause a crash and willed myself to wakeup in my bedroom into the RTZ.
Many times a feeling of going fast in a dream or feeling a pulling sensation will make me realize I am having vibrations in my etheric body and wake up in the RTZ in my bed. So I naturally then awoke in my bed having to check the reality of where I was by pulling my finger to see if it stretched, as I felt no vibes at all. I easily got off the bed and walked around the room, I remember trying to put my hand thru a wall and couldn't. I still had a blanket sort of attached to me, even though I remember bending down to pull it off my feet. It was very bright in the room. Everything was as it is in my room in the physical. I then opened the door to my room, remembering mentally that going through a door could cause a "shift" or "phasing" into the astral. When I opened the door either I entered into the Astral, or I had some subconscious overlay creating images and scenery that were not really there.
First thing I noticed was stepping on sand as I walked out of my room. I was then on some type of balcony looking over a vast area of activity. There were grassy areas, but also futuristic type areas with explosions and smokestacks visible. I thought about jumping over the railing and flying, but didn't. I thought it would be best to try and sharpen up the scene as much as possible. Every time things got a little blurry and concentration was slipping away, I would study my hand intently to use as a focal point to stay conscious. Finally after several times of looking around amazed at how solid and real everything was, even turning on a faucet and feeling drops of water on my hands, I started to lose concentration and let myself physically wake up.
Upon waking I had the usual cold/energetic feeling I get after an experience, which feels much different that when you normally wake up after having unconscious experiences the whole night. This experience happened at 10:40 am, about 40 minutes after taking a nap.
Well it's not the most profound of experiences, but I thought I would share it.
Cool experience! I personally enjoy reading about others experiences. This is all still pretty new to me so I find it fascinating!
