on the first night i tried to AP, i ended up falling asleep and had a lucid dream, but the thing that really got me was, the next day i found out i could go to AP from lucid dreaming and in this dream i remember it all, as if it really happened so if i knew about this i could of APed


this happened to anyone before ?

Yeah, I'm aware of this. Some times I will stay in a LD just to see if I learn any thing from my higher self, which I have.
I can only AP through LD at the mo, but I'm trying to do conscious projections.

If you do have another LD, stop and keep looking at a single spot. The dream should fade and you should be able to roll out of you body.
This works for me anyway.
Hahaha, I might see strange things to, like I have, just ignor them and try to concentrate.

dude i have had Ld before in which i had vibrations but not AP. but-- will try always!~  one day will do it!!!
can't wait!!! LOTS of LOVE and YOu Know u can AP!!! so don't worry~ (i don't wanaa use the word Luck cuz it doesn't exist like Adrian says-- lol) !!
