So my method is. Go to sleep and set my alarm at 5:30. When ever it wakes me up, I lean over while I am half awake half asleep and turn it off. Then I would shift in and out of consciousness, going asleep and wake back up. I'd wake back up and feel my self vibrating, if I don't move at all the vibrations get worse but if I try to budge they just stop. I usually fall asleep while this happens, my question is. Is this the right time to visualize my self rolling out my body. If I manage to do it, I am curios where do I end up and can I just go exploring everywhere interacting with things on the astral plane? What are some fun things to do if I manage to get on the astral plane and will I remember it next morning?
Thanks - 14 year old male who is very interested and I have all my focus on this.

From what I understand it's less about "moving" and more about "intent". The visualisation is just there to focus your intent rather than a method in itself of getting out. It's your intent to roll out, or to get out, is what it is really all about. Many books and stuff on telekenesis and other paranormal stuff talks about intent. So for example, maybe you are thirsty so you can think about getting the glass of water on your table, don't think about moving it towards you or about you moving towards it but instead focus on the intent to get it, the need to have it and so on. So while the visualisation of you rolling out, or getting out and then walking away is a way to focus your intent, it isn't the intent itself.

I'm no expert though..

Well i get those "vibrations" once in a while when I sleep for a certain time wake up and stay up for a few minutes and go right back to sleep. What I usually do is imagine something real fast for example I imagine a white trail of light and me marching through it and this leads me to the astral plane.
