Close again...a little advice?

ok well im really no expert... In fact u just gave me a good technique. LoL. But this reminds me of something. When I was little I would lay in my bed and id start to feel really tiny! Like I was shrinking. I remember running to my parents several nights in a row  scared to death saying mommy im shrinking!

I used to have that feeling all the time, like I was a tiny little stick figure inside a big puffy suit.  I eventually (years later) referred to it as the "Michelin Man" feeling.  I still get it every now and then.  I still don't know what it means, if anything...

Keep doing the focusing exercises.  Whichever ones keep you the most focused.  But the real trick is catching yourself on the verge of sleep.  That is when the separation occurs, vibrations and all, but usually you are unaware of it.  When it happens for real, believe me, you will have no doubt.

Hey guys!  Ok...last night I layed on my bed, did a few relaxation techniques, did some energy raising, and entered trace.  Then for my exit technique, I used what Robert Bruce calls "Point of reference" or something simlar.  I basically imagine that I was very close to the ceiling of the room, moved my consciousness there, and literally "felt" myself there.  It truly felt like I was actually there...inches away from the ceiling.  Now as soon as I did this, I felt like I had shunk down to an infinatly small point.  I felt so incredibly tiny, and got a little vertigo here and there.  Overall, I got somewhat disoriented.  However, I got no vibrations, and this was as far as the attemp went.  I have heard about the "tiny consciousness" effect a little, but is this a good sign or a bad sign?  Does it mean I'm getting closer?  Do I need to raise more energy first, or maybe relax more?  If anyone has experienced anything like this, I would love to hear about it.  Thanks guys!
