Second conscious OBE

I just had my second conscious AP experience about a half an hour ago. My girlfriend left to go to a dentist appointment around 9 this morning so I used that time she was gone to just lay and bed and practice some meditation and relaxation. Just a half hour later I very briefly slipped into a dream where I was on a bus that was going down hill very fast and I got that feeling in my stomach that you get when you are on a roller coaster. It was then that I woke back up and found my self covered in the vibrations (and that weird pressure feeling in my teeth I always seem to get) I immediately attempted to exit my body. I managed to get myself out about 3 times for just a few seconds before returning to my body. I finally got myself out of my body long enough to turn around and see myself in my bed (something i didn't do in my first experience).

This experience wasn't quite as vivid as my first but that might have been because one of my arms was in a position where it wasn't getting very good circulation and was completely asleep.
But although it wasn't as interesting  of an experience as the first, I am glad to of had it because it was the second one in the past 2 weeks which means I must be getting the hang of it  :-D
This fact alone is motivating me more and more and I'm glad I have this site to share my experiences on because not a lot of people I know are too interested in the subject matter. I look forward to my future experiences as I hope they will start happening more frequently and more vividly with practice.

Congrats man! I've had my best success in the morning after waking up too.

Hallo Phil
Congrats on your success at getting out of body. I have found that short OBEs can be meaningful even if nothing dramatic occurs because the ability of deliberately inducing the astral / physical separation is in itself a rewarding experience.
The mid or late morning method of waking up and then going back to (semi) sleep is called the Waking Back to Bed technique (WBTB). I too have found this WBTB method effective, both for OBEs and lucid dreams.
