I find that when you are Lucid and find yourself "awake", if you settle down and wait a minute or so, you can go OBE into the RTZ. I kind of think I really dont wake up but I am OBE ready in my body. I have had some success of this by waiting a few moments before going OBE. Kind of like false awakening.

Frère

could you detail and repeat that answer many times so I can dig it all?
please?

Bonjour mon frere!

When you start to wake up in the lucid dream, do not move an inch! when you start to take concious and getting back into your body and are getting awake, just stay completely still and try to think about staying as close as possible to the feeling of the dream... then from then what works best for me is to reach for the feeling of free fall. I just imagine I am falling from a plane and kind of fly, or falling from a hill, a tall building, without hitting the ground, and try to feel that feeling in the palms of the hands and feet (picotement) like when you are really falling... try hard and you might get to the vibrations. Then when the vibrations are engulfing you and overwhelming all your senses, then you ready to go: get up and you will get up in the astral world and leave your body behind you. That's the best technique I have to OBE. Since you wake up from a dream you must be in a transe and if you don't move and don't think about your body (like need to go to the toilet, feel itchy here or there, etc...) then you can just "drop back" into deeper transe and get ready for OBE the way I explained you.

Bonne chance,
Shaman, le reveur...

What I do is this:

When I find myself lucid and am drawn back to my body, I believe I do not fully wake up. At least my body is still asleep. So if I allow myself to relax and not move a muscle for a few moments (a minute or 2) I can then attempt an exit. I have been succesful a few times. Sometimes I only get a partial exit. Other times my body does wake up.

Also you can try seeking the vibrations at this point by whatever means works best for you. Also avoid thinking of other things. Concentrate on exiting your body. I find that repeating to myself something like "I'm out of my body" helps me get vibrations and makes exit easier. You can do this affirmation at that point or even before going to sleep. This will cause you, on ocassions, to have a lucid dream more conducive to OBE.

This works great if, like me, you have problems getting a full deep physical relaxation while awake, which makes conscious exits almost imposible.

Frère

Well thank you for your replies
If I understand well you don't move from lucid dream to RTZ you just restart the exit procedure from a half asleep moment... And you have both to stay in bed doing some technique before having any vibration..
In no way you travel from a dream to RTZ it seems... just from sleeping state to projection...

Each time I get a lucid dream, very vivid, I seem to be wishing so much to come to RTZ but I don't know how to do, I tried once, but finally woke up, it's a shame, now I'm very careful when I realise I dream, and rather avoid thinking about my physical body... but I think I read that thinking of the physical body can help in getting back to RTZ... any help?
