Had a very vivid lucid dream the other night. After hours of meditation I fell asleep, when I woke up, I could only see psychedelic patterns. It lasted for maybe 30 sec, and it was very beauteful! Have hardly experienced ant OBE's - mayby once for a short period. Could It be possible to project to the mental plane with almost no experience with the astral plane? :?
