Hi everyone,
Something I did not mention in my other two posts about my first projection, which was really stunning and which I want to share and find out if
anyone else has had this experience, is this :  After I made a firm command in my head of "out now" since the vibrations seemed particularly violent, I came out of the top of my head and floated across my bedroom but what really surprised me and this started during the vibrations was that my astral body seemed every bit as solid and substantial as my physical body so much so that I was worried that the violence of the vibrations in which I was pivoting from the waist with my legs being thrown up and my head down much like a seesaw, that I thought I would frighten my little dog on the bed next to me but of course my physical body was immobile.  Anyway when I got out and found I could go through the wall I was amazed to find that my astral body still felt solid and the walls of my house seemed to be much less solid almost to the point of being transparent and seeming to be an illusion.
The physical world suddenly appeared to me as "maya"  illusion!  My thoughts after were that I was vibrating at a different level and it was like the
density of matter had changed and I suddenly understood what Albert Einstein meant when he said, "there is no such thing as matter, we have all been wrong, what we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses, there is no such thing as matter."
Has anyone else experienced this?

Did you find a relation to your experience with consciousness itself as a whole?

Hi, I am not sure how to do replies on this set up (not very computer literate) anyway Stookie answered my  post and asked if I experienced consciousness as a whole during the projection.  Unfortunately I did not and I cannot stress enough how much I would like to experience this as I imagine this to be the ultimate of all things we can experience and I do have a problem with feeling connected and belonging so it would be especially good for me.

Orion-

Maybe feeling connection in the physical will help.

Stand up, and put your feet on the ground. Don't wear shoes or socks. Close your eyes, and now imagine your feet sending a small pulse on the earth. See and feel how this round pulse slowly expands around you, like a circle that gets bigger and bigger. Feel the houses, trees, animals and people. The pulse goes faster and faster, and you see and feel more and more at the same time. After maybe 30 seconds, or a minute (you can go faster, but the first time slow is the best) your pulse has reached the other side of the world. You now feel and see everything on the entire planet at the same time. Don't try to rationalize it, but just feel one with it, you're connected.
Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

To light one candle is more effective than cursing the darkness.

Hi, I am not sure how to do replies on this set up
There's a "Reply" button at the top of the thread you wish to reply to... and there's a "quote" button at the top of each post in that thread so you can auto-quote the post in question.  :)

I merged your response into this thread for you.
