Milk OBE -Short OBE this morning, first contact made BY entity other than myself

So - I will be using this is a general OBE journal for now - experiences have been few and far between (had about 5-6 in the last 2 months, 4 being conscious, willed exits).

This OBE - #6 - took place at a cabin that I was spending the long weekend at that I don't normally frequent. First OBE I've had away from my usual sleeping quarters of my home bedroom. This was not very much an induced exit, but it was willed. I say willed because sometimes I wake up with a knowing choice due to the state I am in (not quite fully awake) to leave my body, or fall back into the world of none OBE rtz sleep. It is a very specific feeling that only occurs upon the unset of an OBE, right at the point of exit. Of course I always choose OBE, but I feel as if I can remain in my body and drift back to sleep if I desired.

The time when this occured was around 6 a.m. Something that has been true for the  spontaneous OBEs I've had is that I am usually catching up on sleep during the mornings when I am able to sleep in after not getting good sleep for a few nights prior (only 5 hours of sleep a night). Then I sleep for 10 hours, and some point in the early morning when I'm extremely comfortable and content is when the OBEs usually happen

As usual, I sat up out of my body with the normal, expanded, light headed, but exited feeling of once again being given the beautiful gift consciously leaving my body. I usually say a little prayer of peace and thanks to myself as I get up.

This time was different, not only was I in a different setting, but as I got up, there was an entity waiting in the bedroom for me. He had the form of a young (about 17 years old), smaller french (he had a mild accent) youth;slender, jet black hair and a little stubble. I viewed him immediately as a positive being, and he let me get my bearings together before he made any form of communication (I surprisingly wasn't alarmed to see him, he had a very welcoming presence).

We began communicating through thought. Neither of us were opening and closing our mouths, but I felt his thoughts forming in me none the less. He basically said that he was there to help me get a little further than I usual do with OBEs. He was probably referring to the fact that in my last few OBEs, I've gotten bored, or scared, or discouraged, and stopped the OBE prematurely. I've never really explored more than around my house or down the street with my recent OBEs. Its mostly because I do not know how to control the travel, sensations and methods of maneuvering through the astral world very well. In other words, I am a noob.

I thanked him for the generosity and agreed to have him guide me further from the cottage I was staying in that I probably would have gone if I was there on my own having the OBE. He asked if I would like to start by going down the road to the woods at the end, which I agreed to. We floated down the road, and once in the woods, he began explaining to me how I was to teleport myself to different parts of the world in an instant by just thinking of it. He kind of downloaded the knowledge into me, and I thought about a village in France I had once visited, and I opened my eyes and so we were there, in this small french village, on a rural road just outside of town. I was neither too impressed, or scared at this point, so I kind of let him lead from here once I showed him I was comfortable with his direction.

The OBE began to take on a more dream like form after this, and we ended up in a high rise office building walking towards a group of people seated on chairs in a circle,  socializing in the lobby. He introduced me to them, and just sat back and watched me as we began talking about things I don't remember to well. I mostly remember him just watching me absently and making sure I was still there.. however, I think he realized my control over my OBE was dwindling (maybe because he had taking me too far out of the ATZ which is where I am comfortable and able to control my lucidity the easiest). But once he put me in this possibly higher, astral level, I was not used to it and as such, my control began to diminish.

The OBE ended very soon as I began to lose control, and I woke up with a start in my bed at the cottage, amazed at what had just happened.

Thanks! Hopefully more meetings with this entity. He wss very personable and relatable, as if a member of my family.

Ive had a small number of encounters with entities that can interact with me (always human form) but all have not really given me the time of day. This was the first encounter with one that actually sought me out to help.. Thanks random french dude!

Awesome! An entity appeared to me this morning. He to was communicating to me through thoughts. Showing me images. I tried to talk to him but I could not open my mouth. It felt like there was a bunch of sand in it. I don't know this happened.

are these helpful entities ever  another human being astral projecting?. Or are they just always spirits.

This information wasnt very clear while i was experiencing the projection. Whatever it was, it was definately more advanced than me, and more comfortable in the astral. It felt like a really old friend was talking to me, and open to my suggestions as to what i was experiencing as well.
