weird place help?

sorry if my english is bad :p

i have had spontanious obe's  since i was 18 years old
ive had some really real dreams also, but sometimes the dreams are different like one morning i had a dream that this creature that i couldn't see (she was to close) but i knew she was a she. i was cased and caught by this creature over and over and in my dream as in theses type of dreams i could feel  and hear this strong wind or somthing like a suction of energy and she was sucking this "energy" or whatever from me. often that happens but no one is there like this time is like this world where you feel a resistance when you move. i asked "her" what she did and she said:
"im sucking" and then i woke up but that creature kept chasing me when i got back to sleep until i finally got up and put on one of my  pentagram necklaces after that it was gone.  

i would really like to know what chased me,  
i did do something that night before i whent to bed and that was lighting a candle and read a few words ive written, i wanted to  "celebrate" litha
kind of in a  symbolic  way since i don't have experience in magick
i think i might have got  the creatures attention this way or something
i felt a prescance of something "bad" in the room that night. I should problably have "cleanced" (or what ever you call it) my room but i don't think im very good at that.

have anyone meet a creature like that? do any one know what this "place" is ?

Was it 4 years ago I would say it was just your imagination, a materialization of your own fears and negativity. I'm not so sure about that anymore, but whatever it is you should not fear it, and if it is bothering you then you must raise your self confidence and creativity, so it can help you deal with the situation.

Many of us are familiar with that place, in my diary I describe that as being in 'deep trance' (since I can't move), or the 'twilight zone', and not yet fully astral, but people will come out with many different names.

Well that "sticky" place you tell off in your dream is common for alot of people I think. The thing chasing you is just self-made.
Try to think that your above it and that it can't harm you in your dream.
Or just say something like: "I turn your power off"....... this might help.

I still believe that nothing can harm you in your dreams.
