Hello forum!!! I was very heavily into AP attempts and meditation about half a year ago...i've been meaning to get back into it,,but work is being a bummer...anway...i picked up robert bruces book and read quite a bit of it and i was very fascinated...So after i started practicing to achieve the trance state..(light)..i was able to reach it fairly quickly...
   So not soon after that i started using falling techniques to deeper my trance state...not too soon after...i started feeling symptoms like intense..INTENSE..spinning..everytime i thought about trying to stop it.,.i kept going faster!!! it was very wild!!..once i opened my eyes and the room was shaking back and forth left and right...so that was interesting..i've also experienced extreme heaviness and an overall body fullness...and also the heavy head feeling..i don't know if i've had vibrations yet..but i'm finally getting back into pratice...starting up again by reading this forum..i'll be sure to have more posts in the future!! thanks guys and girls []
