Sounds to me like yer having seizures or strokes, I'd suggest talking to a doctor and tell him what's going on (but leave out the obe stuff).  I.e., the fact that you keep going unconscious, having convulsions, stop breathing, ect.

The obe might be a subconscious response to your seziure telling you that your body is dying from it.

Again, I suggest immediate medical help as that is what it sounds like to me.

About the brusies appearing.  I wouldn't be surprised if the body itself was creating those.  The body can be a really weird system sometimes and if it's having problems like that could probably break something and cause a bruise, even if you didn't have that area bashed.

I am sorry to hear of your situation.

Situations such as these are often difficult to analyze because although everything has a higher/innner origin they manifest first as an observable physical problem.

My own view is that this could well be an urgent message from your higher-self warning you that something might not be quite right and further action needs to be taken. If this is the case you have probably been receiving messages for quite some time but which have been less dramatic and less noticeable.

I would suggest that first of all you visit a doctor for a thorough checkup. There is no need to mention your AP/OBE experiences as such, but just that you "feel" that something is not quite right. Clearly action needs to be taken, and this must be the first course of action.

This is not to say that there is anything wrong at all with you physically, it might simply be a warning relating to something else which is manifesting in this manner; so please do not worry.

The next thing I would say is that in accordance with the Universal law of attraction, the more you concern yourself and worry about this situation, the more you will attract it to you. I realise this is not easy, but you absolutely have to take a positive position about this. Next time it happens remain calm and say to yourself firmly something like "what does this mean", and be prepared to receive the answer. If you meditate once your mind is still you can ask the questions and be open to receive the answers. These things are happening for a reason.

Finally never fear "death" because "death" does not exist except in the minds of man. We are all immortal beings, we are all integral aspects of the First Cause, of God who is in all of us, and we in God, and the state that is commontly known as "death" is no more than a transition from a temporary dense existence in matter, to a much finer and less dense experience at a much higher level of vibration. There are billions of people living in the non-physical worlds just as their are billions of people temporarily living in the physical world which is really the kindergarten of the Universe where we are all here to learn the valuable lessons necessary to evolve back to the First Cause, to God.

besides what adrian said (that was a very good post[] ),I would like to point out the Egypt connection to your horrifying experiences.

it could be that you need to do some research about any possible connections with egypt you might have,via relatives (I read there that your aunt is clairvoyant,but you won't get to talk to her about it.that is unfortunate, because she could possibly shed some light on the situation.

I took a quick scan over your links,and it seems that you have very,very strong psychic/clairvoyant potential.

and after you started practicing astral projection,you kind of went into 'destruction overdrive' (for lack of better term).

what you are obviously in dire need of,is control.

the next time you are projecting,try to ask if you have a guide(s?) who can tell you what you need to know,in order to calm down the ferocious energy within you trying to tell you something.

you also might want to try projecting to egypt to see what you can learn there.

or even,if you can,try to contact some relatives who have passed on,as maybe they can tell you something.

overall,it sounds like you need "grounding" of some kind,somehow.

it sort of sounds like a chakra/energetic imbalance of some kind.[?]

That's a pretty amazing story!
When you say too many close calls with death, do you mean due to the not breathing aspect?  (I suppose you're going to have to give up driving if you black out at the wheel).
I don't think you'll die from this - people around you might panic and try to give you CPR but that probably just makes things worse.  The same thing happens when nobody is around to give you CPR and you don't die right?
You've got some serious energy surging through your body to cause something like this and I'm suprised nobody's mentioned it may be a kundalini-related experience.  (There's been a couple of threads on this recently.)  It's a fact that under some conditions where 'energy' is flowing through your spine you no longer need to breathe for extended periods of time.  I've experienced this while meditating a few times, and you suddenly realise you've stopped breathing and gasp.
It doesn't cause any ill effects.
Life can get pretty weird sometimes, learn what you can from it!

A doctor might tell you that you have narcolepsy, I'd wait a while and see if it settles down on it's own before accepting treatment.

The only thing I recall like this case, was a case where a man
simply folded up and died on the way to church. He was walking
along, and suddenly said, "I can't go on any longer", and folded up
and died on the sidewalk.

Then, it turned out later, that he had been reborn as a member of
his family. This child insisted that older members of his family
were his children. It was found that the man he insisted was him
had died on his present birth date.

This does not match your case, but the reason that I mention it is
that it was a case of an external force acting to pull a soul
right out of its body. It was as if he had been scheduled to
reincarnate within the family, and he did not die in time to meet
that schedule, so some force, acting as the master of ceremonies,
forced the issue.

That case would suggest that whatever was doing this, at least had
a reincarnation plan for the person who was taken. But in your case,
it looks more as if something had gone wrong.

The constant repetition of the possibly Egyptian scene is something
you should continue to probe. When a person dies, the death scene
goes onto the astral. In one case, a man who died under a snow
avalanche thought he was still alive under the snow. That is, he
took a replica of the avalanche with him into the astral. The
helpers who came to retrieve him handled it that way, by acting
like a rescue team to dig him out. Perhaps you died there near that
tree, and the death scene stayed stored in your soul and has been
reactivated for some reason. That death might not have been
properly processed.

The quote for Midsummer Nights Dream suggests some element of
negative self worth. It is not unusual for one part of the
personality to want to die, so that it is in conflict with the
rest, and this conflict has become vehement.  Or, there could be a
negative external force pulling you out for some reason. Such a
force must be confronted. The bruises could be coming from an
internal or an external source. Psychically caused bruises are
something that is known.

As for premonitions of death, these would be created as astral
images by the condition of not breathing. These images do not mean
that you are going to die. They are automatically generated by life
threatening conditions. The astral generates images way ahead of
the conditions that prevail. The bloody images you got of your
teacher are generated by his thoughts of suicide, but are not views
of the future, only the future suggested by his thoughts.

The fact that you've needed physical resuscitation is an indication that something beyond the knowledge of these forums is going on.

Once your doctor gives an ok we can start looking into the metaphysical causes.

But please see a doctor first and be frank with the physical phenomena you've experienced.

hey

in case you don't recognize the name from the other thread, i'm Quinn, her boyfriend.

Spirit guides have yet to show themselves to her, and to be quite frank, she couldn't contact them even if they DID exist.  she claims to have ZERO strength when she's out. Just getting back to earth is hard enough.

this spontaneous projection stuff, it isn't just her mildly forgetting to breathe.  she STOPS breathing for long periods of time, and her HEART stops beating for long periods of time, and then she mumbles a little about how peaceful the blue light is wherever she's going, and about how difficult it is to return from where the blue light is, etc.  she technically DIES, and then goes to limbo and back.  i'm just greatful that she comes back.

And about the whole egypt thing - we plan on an attempt to locate the spot that she keeps visiting - maybe dig a few holes - see what's buried around there - that could shed some definitive light on the situation.  heh - unfortunately my fifteenth birthday was just last month.  it'll be a few years before we get to that.

OH, and to boris - i THANK YOU SINCERELY - for that hypnosis link especially.  i may only be fifteen, but i have researched hypnosis and successfully induced a few trances myself.  I had also been thinking that a past-life regression would be helpful - but i didn't know who to turn to and am to inxperienced to attempt anything like that myself - so THANKS FOR THE LINK).

we're hoping that maybe ROBERT BRUCE could comment and maybe shed a little light on the situation, he was reccomended by someone on AstralForums.  also, after sarah goes to college (in a few months), we will try to contact linn (the hypnotherapist) for a past-life regression.  contacting those two professionals may shed great light on the situation, and my even directly lead us to some solution.

Why haven't I gone to the doctor?!?

Here is why (I posted this on another forum, and will save you the trouble of looking for it):

In short: my mother is loosing her sanity, and my father has a SERIOUS anger management problem...besides that, mom's a Baptist, dad's a Jehovah's Witness....I'm unofficially Methodist....belief-wise, mom and I get along ok (not counting Astral Projection, which she doesn't even know exists....much less that I've dabbled with it, much less that all this is happening...) but dad, heh he causes problems with the huge conflict of faiths...mom and I deal with it and tolerate, dad does not offer the same in turn...he's very controlling, and well...*sigh*....  *will not be discussing this sort of family history further, unless prompted to do so*

so yes, I DO fear their reaction....a great deal, to be quite honest about it... besides that, Quinn, who has been a huge help in this, honored my request in his not telling anyone besides a couple of friends who are into AP *they're my friends as well...maybe 3 other people in our end of the town besides Quinn and I know about me* and of course those here in the forum and in another forum (which was suggested by SerGei, I think...too lazy to check accredation) in a despirate search for help. If I were to say, go to a doctor, and the doctor found out that this has been happening a while.....and if he would get word of a particular someone else knowing about this....*sigh*

I'm an insomniac, so I know I don't have narcalepsy....  *thankfully not on any meds* The only things I know are physically wrong with me: 1)I'm anemic and 2) I have a skin tumor on my head, which is benign... though going to a doctor isn't a big deal in and of itself, there is no way for me to go without my parents knowing.... I'm legally a minor, which means short of going to the emergency room, they'll have to be with me, and even at the ER, the insurance info is through them, so nothing could be done without their consent. There aren't really any clinics around here either...."

Logistically, it is impossible for me to see a doc. without my parents' consent. I have talked to my parents about the dizziness/headaches/lightheadedness caused by this stuff (they don't know the cause, mind you) and I am told that I'm whinning and am fine.. if my folks do not see vomit, bleeding of the hemmoraging variety, or an ampuation of some kind, they think someone is perfectly fine. `nuff said there, I think.

if you really loved somebody you'd understand why i'm attacking you in the following statement as i further analyze your psyche:

The pale flesh of the woman in your avatar coupled with the cool-colored hair and bleeding eyes suggests a corpse.  This choice of a corpse indicates a subconsious disregard for life, as you chose a picture of death.  Also, the color purple is often associated with nobility or royalty, specifically that which is tainted with impurity.   Therefore one could gather that subconsiously you feel you are superior to others when in reality you do recognize just the opposite is true, but cannot come to terms with it successfully - hence the coupling of the purple with the picture of the corpse.  It is symbolic of your subconsious difficulties with self-conflict.

This will get you to undermine yourself subconsiously, which is a great thing to do to someone who seems to have a slight ego problem.  So consider this a service.

i believe sarah has already posted informing you of why she has not yet seen a doctor.  if worse comes to worse, we WILL see one - but hopefully we won't have to.

we are not contacting mr. bruce for medical advice.  we do not want him to reccomend us pills for narcalepsy.  we want him to hopefully give us some other people to turn to and maybe a few hypotheses on at the very least WHY this is happening, hopefully one on a possible solution - HOW we'd go about solving this.

we thank those who have been considerate enough not to try to make us feel stupid, and we appriciate any further support.

I already told you people how to go to the doctor. Tell the doctor about all the nonmystical things that have been happening to you.  Suddenly going unconscious, breathing stops for a while, heart stops, and that you wake up with bruises.  You don't have to tell the doctor you have an obe experience to go with it, and there's no way he's gunna "find out".  Stop being so paranoid and just see a doctor.  

Or keep pretending there's something mystical going on and that only a guru on the matters of of astral projection can help you.  I don't really care.  If you think it'll help, post on the freakin healing forum and request some reiki.  That'll help you more than, "GO TO TEH EYGPT AND SEE WHAT IS TEH THERE!"

Hell, I'd stay away from eygpt if I was having visions of my death there.  Last thing I need is to help make my vision come true.

She's using something called a retorical question which as you noticed don't need to be answered.  Now ask yourself why she asked the questions.  Obviously they got your attention.  My statement to go see a doctor that was posed in a nicer way was just ignored.  Maybe it takes some meaness to get through.

Already done.  See a doctor.  Get a phsyical exam.  Tell him your symtoms.  Find out what can be done.  He's not going to give you pills for "narcalepsy" when the syntoms are falling down and having your heart stop, unless he's a horrible doctor.  Narcalepsy is falling asleep uncontrollably.  It doesn't involve your heart and breathing stopping.

I agree.  I still suggest possibly requesting healing on the healing forum, as that could possibly help whether the reason for the condition is physical or metaphysical.  After all, that is what it's there for : )

And as for bruce, I haven't seen him post in these forums for quite awhile, your only chance would be to contact him directly.
