Title: My first AP! What I did to get it.
Post by: Astralkitty on March 09, 2008, 07:40:48
Been trying for 2 weeks or so now but havn't been able to fully relax. This morning after trying and failing I decided to stop trying so much and instead go to sleep. But I said to myself "when I fall asleep I am going to wake up again in a sleep paralysis" AND I DID!! Woke up to the buzzing, voices and weird creepy lights. Then I took off, floated through the livingroom, through the wall, into the hallway. I could see, but my vision was sort of blurry and very limited. Then a weird kind of scary lucidish dream took over where I was in the hallway but I wasn't controlling what I was doing anymore. Noticed several weird things about my apartment that aren't usually there. Like the door was open, and I had many messages on my answering machine. It all felt real (I thought I was awake) so it was very creepy. Finally woke up!
I am so excited now. I want more!!!

it seems like people often report having blurry vision and no control.

when you are out, try saying to yourself or outloud: clarity now!
see if that helps

by the way good job on your progress! :-D
