I thought I was seeing visions all this time, but I totally forgot about hypnogolgia. I guess I can enter the lucid dream state pretty easy since I been meditating for almost 3 years for 2 hours a day. I been doing dream yoga what the monks do during meditation sometimes. I didn't know you could bend and move the shapes and colors you see into something. I'm going to try that today and see what I can do with it. I feel like an Idiot lol.

You say that like you think visions and hypnogogia are two things unconnected.  ;)

There's nothing you can experience that isn't DIRECTLY connected via awareness and consciousness.  :)

Hynogogia is the state of mind where when your eyes are closed you see images but your not quite asleep. It's a projection but your consciousness is not fully transitioned to astral. Your trying to box the experiences and this is not giving you an accurate picture of what's happening. I suggest you listen to Xanth he's much better at explaining this than I am. But your projection is merely placing your conscious mind in a different place other than resting in physical. It's an internal experience and its a spectrum. THere is no here or there only degrees of shifting. It just takes on that appearance.
