Ok last nast I was lying on bed. I did meditation about 45 min. Im not sure I was in trance but I was feeling warm and light. Then I started Visualization Technique. I was trying to stand up on my bed. After 15 mint I saw myself sitting on bed and a lady standing in front of me. As I saw her something vibrated in my stomach. The feeling was like mixture of sex and love for her lol. She was wearing a sari and something marked on her face like country flag hehe. I was looking at her but she was not looking at me she was looking at my body may be on my stomach. Then she moved her hand like she was saying get up and she left from my door. But steel i felt she was standing outside my home and shouting get up and come with me and I opened my eyes. I was feeling headache. So I just want to ask who was she ghost spirit guide or astral projector? Im sure It was not a lucid dream. But I want to meet her again. :-D Sorry for bad english
